" had an extremely disappointing experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Morocco Agadir. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public. We have spent lots of money on a private swimming pool

The staff are very friendly especially the guys in the resturant very helpful. The room size was good. Location is good. The beach however is not near. There should have been water at least in the rooms upon arrival. Also should have an iron available to use.

Zero, hotel that stinks in the rooms. Sewer problems I think. I do not recommend spending a vacation here. Hotel well located but to be avoided. Super expensive for the price To be avoided even for 1 night. Breakfast and dinner to be reviewed. The prices are not worth the quality ...

Hotel a little far from the seaside. But right in the center of the city. But the setting is a small Moroccan boutique, the decor is neat. The outdoor setting around the swimming pool is pleasant, colorful with its bar and restaurant. It is a quiet hotel with a family atmosphere, where meetings are easy. Attentive staff. A good price-performance ratio.

First time in Agadir and we will definitely be back and will definitely stay at the Atlantic. The hotel is charming. Big enough to have an atmosphere and intimate enough to make you feel like a special guest. The decor of the reception, restaurant and breakfast room is lovely - traditionally styled with a contemporary touch. The same applies to the bedroom. The centre piece is the pool area. It is truly something special. We stayed half-board and both breakfast and the evening meal was good. The hotel was so lovely we ate lunch every day around the pool and the menu choices and prices are great. The service from all the staff was warm and personal. Stand out service was delivered by Mohammad during the day and Ayoub Aouafy in the late afternoon/ evening, both were attentive, friendly and professional. An absolute credit to the hotel.

For our first time in Agadir, we were so pleased we chose to stay at Atlantic Hotel for a week. My wife and I loved our time here. The room was nicely decorated and modern. The swimming pool was small but lovely/tranquil area to relax with bright flowers and bulbul birds flying overhead. The poolside was a welcome place to have a drink during the day or night. And there is a rooftop area with sunbeds. Location was excellent as it was 15-20 mins walk to beachfront and only 5-10 mins walk to nice restaurants. The staff were so friendly, and special shout out to Hassan who we chatted to regularly - but everyone we met was helpful... Only small things that could be improved is the shower floor design in our bathroom as water regularly leaked out onto rest of the bathroom floor, and the breakfast set up was small with items not always hot or regularly replenished, but overall it was nice. Will definitely return to this beautiful boutique hotel.

We absolutely loved our time here. The rooms fresh and modern and are spotless clean and cool at night. The bathroom too large shower and modern. Food and coctails were great and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely return

Fantastic intimate hotel, combining modern with traditional feel. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Mohammed & Hassan we saw most but everyone helped make the stay memorable. Comfortable rooms and a great private pool area at the rear and roof top lounging area.

We chose this hotel because we wanted the authenticity of Morocco combined with the comfort and amenities of a larger resort — and what an absolute gem it turned out to be. The décor is stunning, with beautiful touches of Moroccan style everywhere you look. The staff are genuinely wonderful: warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The restaurant serves lovely food. While the menu isn’t huge, there’s something to suit everyone, and everything we tried was delicious. The cocktails were also some of the nicest I’ve ever had, beautifully made and a real treat each evening. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are well maintained. It was a little noisy outside our window at night, but this was simply the wind and nothing to do with the hotel. The sun terrace on the roof and the pool are was the icing on the cake! We will 100% be returning with our children. The bar staff, the management team, and even the evening entertainer made us feel so welcome — he even invited my friend up to sing with him, which became one of the highlights of our holiday. Thank you for everything. We can’t wait to come back!

I have travelled to more than 30+ countries multiple times and I have never posted any bad reviews of any place. This is the first time that I am forced to put a bad review about any place in my life. I had a fully paid reservation for 5 days, but because I arrived about 24 hours late, the hotel cancelled my booking without informing me. I received no email, no call, and no warning about the cancellation. I was left nowhere to go with baggage. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that my reservation was gone, despite it being prepaid. I believe this is very poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a paid booking. If you want a pleasant experience in Agadir in Morocco, please avoid this hotel at all costs !!! Highly not recommended

A lovely little hotel with loads of character. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were very good. Customer service was excellent.

Location is great, staff are attentive, although the restaurant area is a little rusty at times, the rooms are a great size, always clean & added bonus is the towels are a decent size if you are bigger than a size zero 👌 Beds are huge, window shutters so you can get a decent night's kip in complete darkness! Evening entertainment is a let down, very dull 😑 could be livelier, definitely head to the beach for that. The biggest let down is the breakfast. Had to ask twice for hot tea, the hot food was mildly warm, we ate out 3 out of the 5 days we were here. For the price we paid, we'd recommend, the rooms & location make up for the bad bits. We didn't use the pool, although it is very pretty & very clean, it's cleaned daily.
