Hotel les Omayades

Fairly large structure that has certainly had better times but is now abandoned to itself. Quite old room that needs improvement. Well-kept gardens and pool area, the only positive note because it is very clean and very relaxing. Wifi only works in the lobby and is very slow anyway. Breakfast with little choice but passable for a day.

Lack of comfort, you have to stay on the bed, no chairs or armchairs in the rooms, very poor quality towels. Breakfast acceptable except very poor juice. No entertainment Value for money to be discussed

Hotel maintained outside, lush garden. Nice swimming pool, these are the only positive points. But the room without any comfort: already no hair dryer I had to go to a supermarket to buy one, no small fridge it was still 32 degrees, a beautiful terrace but despite my insistent request no way to get deckchairs or simple chairs to be able to settle in, when they were to have none available since the first week there was only us in all the hotel. Catastrophic breakfast: soluble coffee, industrial orange juice, stale bread, refusal to give us fruit. It took insisting several days to finally have a few slices of orange on a plate. Since the hotel was empty, no restaurant open. We learned by chance after a week in the hotel, that we could order a drink and a small snack for lunch by the pool, in short, nothing is done to satisfy the customer.

Very unpleasant service. Lack of amenities in the room. lack of hygiene. Very basic breakfast. My girlfriend and I expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Sincerely choose another!

La nourriture dans le restaurant de cet hôtel est tout simplement délicieuse ! Les plats sont préparés avec soin et les saveurs sont incroyables. Un régal pour les papilles ! L'emplacement de cet établissement est parfait. Il est situé à proximité des principales attractions touristiques et des transports en commun. Cela rend les déplacements très pratiques.

Horrible séjour Hôtel pas entretenue draps tachés serviettes trouées salle de bain rouillée. Et concernant la nourriture il n’y avait pas de choix et le peu qu’il y avait le poisson et les viandes dates de veilles. Le pti déjeuné pareil horrible thé dans des théières rouillées les œufs brouillés avaient une forte odeur on voit que rien été frais. Et le personnel peu agréable au restaurant. Je précise que je suis marocaine et je ne cherche pas le luxe comme certains peuvent le mentionner dans leurs commentaires et on est loin de la nourriture marocaine dans cet hôtel
