Very strange hotel. It seems quite popular, judging by the number of guests. However, we encountered the following issues: a complete lack of towels, a non-functional toilet (they came to fix it twice, and it still didn't work after the technician left), no Wi-Fi, and the TV channels weren't working. Since there was no Wi-Fi, watching anything was impossible. The parking lot is small (spots only open up around 11 AM, then cars start double-parking, and nearby parking is paid). There were also queues for the dining hall (something I've never seen before). We stayed for 2 days and did not enjoy it. We arrived at 2 PM, with check-in at 3 PM. We waited for our room to be prepared, returned to the hotel at 5:30 PM, and were given keys to an uncleaned room. Later, they gave us keys to a different room, and I've listed the problems with that room above.

Decent place, our experience was overall positive. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. Location is also good, walking distance from the beach and convenient transport. Only problem we had was with the loudness form the pool at night. Made its difficult to sleep.

Nothing can be appreciated in this hotel far from its location . Services once you enter the hotel until you leave is below the acceptable standers . We can not enter to the hotel easily as many cars blocking the hotel main entrance. Ac not probably working , tissues not available in the rooms . In short this hotel is my worst experience since a very long time ago.

We spent 5 days here. Pros: The food in the evenings can be pretty good. Usually three kinds of meat dishes, and there's fish. Fruit is always available. Then there are the cons. They outweigh everything else. 1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. I've never seen anything like that anywhere else. 2. We booked a superior double room, hoping to see the ocean from the balcony. After waiting four hours, we got a room with a view of a fence and some bags of cement. 3. We were changed after I raised my voice. The manager ended up yelling at me and lecturing me on politeness. Yeah, right... 4. Everything in the room is very old. But the most incredible thing is the towels. They usually collect them around 10:00 PM during cleaning and never bring them back. You get back to your room around 7:00 PM, and there are no towels. You have to call reception. The towels are the color of a gym, as if they'd been washed with them and then simply rinsed. 5. The safe costs 20 dirhams per day. 6. The gym costs money. 7. The noise. It's unbelievable. There are countless reviews about this, but the hotel does nothing. The music starts around 10 a.m. It's bearable during the day. But at 9 p.m., it's a complete nightmare. It's blaring and blaring until 1 a.m. Nothing helps. The windows offer no protection from the noise. The music is anything but music. And some crazy showman screams into a microphone until the wee hours of the night. It's impossible to watch TV, sleep, or even just think about your own business. 8. The restaurant deserves special attention. Here, more than anywhere else, you feel like you're part of the biomass. The tables are never wiped down. There's a gray plastic napkin on the table, which, if you're lucky, the waiter will use a scrap of paper napkin to brush crumbs onto the floor. Cutlery is placed directly on the table. Finding a seat is almost always difficult. The juice isn't juice. The coffee is of questionable quality. Conclusion: this hotel can't possibly qualify as a four-star hotel. It's probably no more than an old three-star hotel. The only reason to stay here is to save money.

Hotel in a good location in the most tourist area of the city, but a 10-minute walk to the beach. Old hotel, needs renovation. It has a good swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff at reception and security. Beautiful room with cleaning done. Quite far from the beach. Nice swimming pool but too bad the club next door plays loud music late at night. Hearty breakfast but organization needs to be reviewed to avoid waiting. Very nice gym but paid for, too bad it's not included in the price of the room like many other hotels.
