The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

Very Nice People working thier, very helpfull Nice family hôtel with Hugo family rooms. Nice swimming pool and gardens, Near beach from one side and near city centre on tje top area. Will go thier again !!! Nice hôtel and city

I absolutely adored my holiday at Dunes D’Or Ocean Club Hotel located in Agadir. Spending a week there from 1/4/24 was not enough! THE ROOM: I had no problem at all! My wife, five year old daughter and I had comfy beds and a gorgeous view of the gardens outside. Maids were very efficient and the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. THE FOOD: Our all inclusive package was ideal. Buffet food morning, noon and night. It was delicious, copious and gave you an inspiring flavour of Morocco! Don’t expect a “Full English” (when in Rome, ok!), but even my vegan tastebuds were happily sated!!! THE FACILITIES: Excellent! Alas, I didn’t use the gym, but the pools, slides and bar areas were spotlessly clean and easily available. The gardens and paths were all wonderful and the large complex was easily navigable! THE STAFF: 10/10… 11/10! Without doubt, some of the loveliest, kindest and most caring people we’ve ever met. They went the extra mile… and more. Restaurant staff were attentive, kind and faultless. We loved the activities that the ÔClub team (WE LOVE YOU!) offered and we were treated so well! Yoga, Water Aerobics, Poolside games, Arabic Classes, Ping Pong, Kids Club and the wonderful evening shows… you know who you are and we love you for the memories and the friendships… truly. CONCLUSION? I didn’t want to leave. I have fallen in love with Agadir and had the best time! A return is being planned! THANK YOU ALL! ❤️🇲🇦❤️

I travelled here with my best friend in June, this hotel definitely exceeded expectations. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and there was lots of activities during the day to keep us entertained including aqua aerobics, water polo and darts! Toto, a member of staff, led these activities and he really made this trip extra special by being so energetic and friendly to everyone! I would definitely come back here!

First visit to agadir loved it,ĺ but the only down fall was the hotel, when you first enter it is beautiful , the pool area & garden area again very stunning, but when we were taken to our room it was horrendous, the toilets smelled & were dirty, the bedding had blood stains on it, we were given a room that we hadn't booked. We'd paid extra for a sea view room and we weren't given that, when we did go to treception to enquire why, they said there was no availability depite us booking over 6 months in advance, the room should have been reserved for our stay. We requested to be moved straight away & to be told no rooms are available, we argued that we had booked the holiday Feb so our room should have been available. The reception staff abdul mutalib, was rude & not very helpfull there seemed to be smirk on his face when we approached him about our room as though he knew we would be complaining Luckily the love holiday rep Nurruddin was available whom was very nice, honest and really accomodating throughout our trip, he advised us to spk to khadija in the morning who will change our room, to which she did, khadija was very nice and looked after us. The rooms are outdated & need re decorating, the bathroom continuously smell &, the cleaning is not up to standard there are stains on the bathroom tiles & walls. The cleaners dont clean very well just change towels, mop floor & change toilet rolls, the whole week the toilet, sink or bath had not been cleaned, i had to clean the sink, mirror & shower area myself. The food was not very appetising & not much variety everyday there was the same salads, spaghetti bolegnase, rice, chicken or beef on alternate days. not much available for children. Despite the disappointment of having to change my room twice in one week, we had a lovely time in agadir, it is a shame the hotel ruined aspects of our holiday. For a hotel in the prime location, their standards are very low. Thank you to the love holidays staff for helping us out.

The hotel is so beautiful...(the location, decoration.. ) Sorry that the employees are so unpleasant when they ask for information, especially those of the reception. The night of 1 December we were present at the accueil pour l'enregistrement, l'accueil était si médiocre !!! Limit on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc...). We have paid all inclusive... arrived in the room, the freezer.. and above all no water in the room !!! (2 eme choc) On telephone a l'accueil , we answer that it was necessary to pay the option at no anything to be able to enjoy the drinks. We will still ask for water a l'accueil because I have to take medicines and the (3e shock) we just give a small bottle of 33 cl (equivalent to 1 glass d'eau) for two people. (always well on with a look ＜ punish you're fucking ＞). As regards the household of the rooms : The hotel is very clean and very clean and very clean. The main bathroom and toilet, many screws on the walls and the floor should be aspired before being washed because a lot of dirt and hair on the edges. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.Il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l'eau en plus. Spa: very lazy staff but services are a means. Conclusion: The hotel's architecture is top, the outdoor very well maintained, the halls, the grass etc... The main problem is (not all well on) the service of employees.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and left great reviews. However this trip was very different and after 2 weeks I moved out to the hotel next door which is much better. The front of house staff here are delightful, particularly Karima. However staff on the pool bar/ cafe are inexperienced and need training. They also kept running out of wine. I had one pizza lunch here which was dreadful. Breakfast is good. I was allocated one of the refurbished rooms with a sea view. It looked great, although the bathroom was tiny - as I was staying solo, that didn't really matter. Some service issues with room which wasn't cleaned one day, Toiletries were not replaced and I ran out of toilet paper twice. The safety deposit box didnt work. The towels were grey and had many threads hanging off them. Sadly it is currently more of a building site that a hotel- they are working at different sites within the hotel and grounds, and it is impossible to avoid loud building work from 10am to 7pm. Rooms are being completely refurbished - doors and windows and flooring and bathrooms. Consequently lots of drilling and banging. They are also replacing the 2 lifts-- one was out of service and will be for quite some more time. The other is new but went out of service at least three times during my stay- but was quickly repaired. Waiting times for the lift were unacceptable. They were also building a large wooden structure in the gardens. Consequently, 6 days of heavy electric stapling going on ! I think they tried to drown out some of the building noise by playing loud music from 9.30 onwards. It didn't work and the music itself became very irritating ! After dark the noise from the pool bar / cafe is totally unacceptable, as they ramp up the music until 11pm or later. Twice a week they have karioke which really is horrendous- so so load. Terrible voices. Mainly French songs. It really was so bad but they refused my requests to turn the sound down- there only suggestion at 11pm was to move rooms- but that included packing and removing all my clothing , too - so hardly acceptable ! I thought they were just giving me a quiet room to sleep in , but no ! The Internet quality is very poor. It comes and goes even in reception! Do not expect to get connection in your room. Most guests form a huddle in reception to gain an Internet connection. Finally, the pricing. I paid about £40 per night for this hotel for a 2 week booking and a separate 1 week booking. I tried to book for the 4th week but was quoted over €150euros per night ! What ? No way is this even a €100 per night hotel!! In any event I cancelled and moved out after 2 weeks - that was the worst 2 weeks I have ever had in a hotel ! MY advice. Do not stay here!! Please look at photos.

Tout était parfait ! Rien à redire sur le personnel, tout le monde est adorable ! Un grand merci et et grand bravo à l’équipe d’animation qui a été adorable avec notre fils pendant le séjour ! Un grand merci à Soukeina au restaurant pour son sourire chaque jour. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues, et la literie est incroyable (lit de 240 parfait avec un enfant) ! Le buffet est varié et très bon ! Soirée à thème chaque jour, et mention spéciale pour la soirée marocaine du repas au spectacle ! Le petit déjeuner était parfait, omelette sur demande et tout ce qu’il faut pour tout les goûts ! Si je devais trouver un point négatif, ça serait le snack bar de la piscine qui propose malheureusement tous les jours la même chose.. mais on s’en passe très bien quand même !

Nice hotel and staff despite the inconvenience on our arrival because of the booking agency, I strongly recommend the hotel (food to be improved, with more traditional dishes)

Ignore the past reviews!! We stayed here for 10 nights yes its a little tired but hey the staff were fantastic we arrived at 02.30 and the reception service was superb. Rooms spacious bedding and towels changed every two days ...went to relax and it worked....a smile from all involved every morning...return visit at Christmas 🎄....
