It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold.

A magnificent and unforgettable stay! My children had a wonderful time, and the adults did too!! Beautiful scenery in the park and the hotel, and a very warm welcome. The breakfasts are generous, even for children. I highly recommend it; we will be back!!

The service, the rooms and the equipment were honestly beyond reproach, the problem is the staff... Unfortunately, half of the receptionists were not smiling and gave the impression that our presence bothered them, not to mention the butler who "flirted" with a member of my family.
