Hotel Nakara by Odalys

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The pool was clean and lovely, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Honestly, nothing to complain about, a very good experience, I highly recommend it!

Hotel to avoid! We booked 4 nights, we spent 2 nights without air conditioning because it wasn't working and we were accused because we opened the bay window to go onto the terrace. After 2 nights, we had a portable air conditioner where we had to leave the glass door open. However, we were right above the pool, so we had all the noise from the pool. It was impossible to sleep! A child had a bowel movement in the pool and it wasn't cleaned. The lifeguard just removed the excrement with a net. The refrigerator wasn't cooling and the phone didn't work. No goodwill gesture was made, despite all the reports we made! The staff was rude and we didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience. The parking lot is always full, not a single space available. We were forced to park in the alley or on the grass, and only when we found a space. We had a very unpleasant stay despite choosing this 4-star hotel! It's unacceptable to pay for services we didn't receive! I do not recommend it at all! Sleeping in a slum is more pleasant than in this hotel!

The hotel has a good appearance and size, and is well-equipped. Bus stop No. 3 can be reached from the train station. There is also a small supermarket and a beach within a ten-minute walk nearby. But there is an extra charge for kitchen cleaning, which costs 20 euros, which is a bit strange.

Accès facile, proche du bord de mer. La partie café/restaurant est sympathique. L'agencement intérieure peut sembler étrange mais ne pose aucun souci niveau bruit. Personnel très agréable.
