The property is modern, welcoming, and conveniently located within a 15-20 minute walk of the beach and a 10-minute walk to the city center. The service could be improved: I checked in and entered my room. It was tidy, but the trash can was dirty with pieces of fruit in it—unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I reported to the receptionist on duty that all she could say was, "Okay, I'll report it to the manager who's coming next week," without taking any action. I would have expected at least an apology and for her to call housekeeping to fix it. The next day, I reported it to another receptionist, who responded with, "Thanks for reporting it to me." :D. That said, I think the service was very poor and not in line with the category classification.
