Wonderful experience, The staff are very helpful. The place is perfect for families, a lot facilities for children.

Absolutely gutted to be leaving. The sentido apollo palace is a lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, drinks choice great, entertainment hilarious. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, herbs growing everywhere that smell lovely and the roses are so so beautiful. I emailed ahead to ask if possible to put some balloons or something in our room on arrival as it was my boyfriend's birthday the day we got there, i wasnt expecting much but holy cow, they put a massive delicious chocolate cake on the table in there waiting for him. I was so impressed. We have loved every minute of our holiday. I will 100%recommend captain homer's boat trips , it was such a lovely day out. All rooms have a balcony or patio, and theres plenty of storage in the rooms for hanging things and storing your cases. Also tea and coffee making facilities are in the rooms. The 3 pools were so clean and all the bar staff were friendly dispite other holiday makers rudeness, i have read on other reviews that bar staff were rude, however i encountered none of this but was quite taken aback at how rude other guests were being to them. All in all i 100% recommend the sentido apollo palace and we cannot wait to go again next year.

We had a most enjoyable time at the Apollo Palace, it is set in a beautiful location at the mouth of the Mesongi River and beach with plenty of cafes and a tourist agency to book trips, a nice place to go for walks. It is set like a little Greek village with the rooms in two storey blocks in beautiful gardens with lots of flowers. The food was exceptional with so much choice at every meal. We also liked the snack bar at lunch times for something different. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with very nice bathrooms. We had a couple of plumbing problems which were soon sorted out by the helpful staff. We asked for a quiet ground floor room which was lovely. We had a lawn with sunbeds which was backing onto the river so we didn't have to go to the pools to sunbathe, it was very close to the beach bar which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Corfu.

Beautiful grounds with many old olive trees that give shade and privacy. It's about 300 meters from the beach with easy access and a section for Sentido hotel (£3 pp). The atmosphere is v. relaxing throughout the site. Greek night on Saturday evening was great and got people dancing the rest of the evening entertainment was mainly bingo/movie quizz/karaoke which we decided not to go to. Lots of delicious food in the restaurant, with different themes. Plenty of choice for all palates! Great fast service by kind and attentive staff. A special mention for Dimitris who just brings a smile to everyone's face. I give it a 4 because the rooms are really basic and in need of a refresh. The air-conditioning and ceiling fan didn't work which being October is not truly a problem and I opened doors. There are mosquitos so bring your product / cream! The best part is the aegeo spas. We had 4 different treatments and received excellent service and attention from the staff. Joanna and Paulina paid attention to our needs and we're such professionals in their care. Highly recommended and they are 5 stars! There are 3 pools and the adult one was perfect with jacuzzis and its own bar (staff could be a little more smiley maybe ;-) ) In terms of transport, it's just so convenient as the Green buses have a stop in front of the hotel that take you to Corfu town - it's £2.40 each way. Drops you in town and then you have to walk 10 mins to the bus station for the way back but really easy to find. Overall we had an excellent stay and enjoyed our holiday very much! Lovely hotel all the staff we came across were really friendly and accommodating. Had a laugh with all the entertainment team who worked hard. Food was great so we didn’t bother with the other 2 restaurants Age range 24-84 and all enjoyed our holiday except the mosquito bites will definitely return.

One of the best holidays we have been on! All round hotel with excellent food choices and extensive drink menu! Clean room & great pool areas. There are small improvements to be made but great stay! Bad points: The adult only pool area was good however frequently there were children/YOUNG teenagers in there playing ball games and on floats. This should be policed better by the life guard rather than her being behind the bar making TERRIBLE drinks may I add. This leads to the second point that we could only drink spirits from this bar as the cocktails were not nice. We would often walk to Blue Bar where the strawberry daiquiris were AMAZING and walk back. Annoying when you want to chill however. We were asked to leave our luggage in the reception area unsupervised whilst waiting to check in and go and have lunch. We did not feel comfortable leaving our stuff. I can see other people have commented this and the hotel has responded however this still hasn’t changed Good Points Literally everything else! The restaurant food & atmosphere - Huge shout out to Kimberley hosting. She is so friendly and ensures you have everything you need! The ala carte restaurant where you could also have breakfast every morning also (please book) The extensive AI drinks. People reviewing complaining but they have several branded drinks & cocktails on offer! Reception were very helpful Luggage porter that helped with our bags was fantastic! We did not struggle for sun beds. You did have people reserving even though there are signs but there was still lots in the adult area (I cannot speak for the kids pools) Locality! Bus stop right outside and there are 3 shops within a 5 min walk where you can grab anything you’ve forgotten (we got charger leads for our phones) I’ll be honest we went as a couple so I cannot speak on the kids pool/entertainment/activities as we used this time to relax. We did have a spa treatment on my birthday which was excellent however was slightly expensive in comparison to the UK. It was roughly £75 each just for a massage whereas this would be a whole spa day including jacuzzi/steam room/pool/refreshments in the UK. Thank you for our stay and we have already recommended!

Wow! What can I say. We loved this place. Booked half board but up graded to all inclusive when there for such a great price. We'll worth it as the selection of restaurants we're amazing. We went to the Italian and Mediterranean all carte. Both were fab and was as good as any meal out in a restaurant. We also booked the a la carte breakfast a lot as you can go later. Situated next to the adult pool. Amazing service, food and choice. Often just one other table eating when we were there. Order from menu and help yourself. Amazing choice!! Drinks Fantastic too including international brands which is such a bonus. Spiced rum, Gordon's, tanqueray. Cocktails Amazing too! Lovely to have a choice of bars too. Staff All so helpful and friendly. Location Short walk to little village with a few shops and restaurants. 5 mins to the beach too which was lovely. Little hut where you get ai drinks there too. Fab Such a beautiful un spoilt part of corfu. Room Lovely and new, everything you could need. Pool Choice of pools and slide area too. We loved the adult only section. So quiet with own bar. Bliss. A bit of a drain small at times but that's my only crisisism. I will certainly be back. We go on a lot of all inclusive holidays and this is right up there. So impressed for the price we paid too. Definitely in my top 5 which is saying something and been to many more a lot more expensive than this. Fantastic value. There really is something for everyone. Thank you for such an amazing holiday.

This is a fairly big hotel, spread out across a large campus. Housing three swimming pools, one with small kids slides, and three larger slides for older children and adults (great fun), an adults only pool (fantastic idea) and a games pool for water polo or pool ball. The dining room is huge spread around the eating area with an over 16 area, another great idea. There was a fantastic selection of food, fresh vegetables, fruit, breads, meat, salads and deserts. Unfortunately you couldn't order tea or self service was not available in the evening time as us Irish love our tea with our desert! If you are half board which we were you also have the option to eat at two A la carte restaurants, one is Greek, called Elia. This one wasn't great lacked atmosphere, food was pretty bland and the service was slow. The other one, La Cantina, a lovely open air Italian restaurant was a bit more upmarket but we were eaten alive by mosquitos which were literally flying in your face. The hotel has a fantastic Spa facility, which they actively push to get people in. Pool towels are available there and there is no deposit system, no limit and no monitoring of how gets towels. Rooms are ample in size, our bathroom wasn't a great design because if the person opened the door to clean your room and you were in the shower then it could be embarrassing. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and the balcony door has a mosquito screen to stop the little critters feasting on you! A bottle of local Greek wine is waiting for you in your room on arrival and if you arrive late they provide a welcome pack with a sandwich, wrap and fruit. The hotel has a Guest Relations Manager, Rafailia. She was absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem to her. We were a party of 4 people with two rooms close together. An issue with ants was solved very quickly when reported. One of our party had difficulties walking around the complex and when I enquired about the possibility of hiring a wheelchair, Rafailia sent a wheelchair down within 10 minutes of my enquiry. Similarly when I asked if we could hold onto one of our rooms beyond the noon check out time because one of our family members is elderly, this was not an issue at all. A farewell pack was delivered to our rooms the evening before our departure comprising a 200ml bottle of limoncello, a small jar of kumquat (local specialty) and compressed fig together with a place of small cakes. A nice touch. The hotel is located in Messongi which is a beautiful picturesque, rustic and charming small village. The sea is amazing and the hotel has beach beds at a cost of €6 for two which includes an umbrella. The locals are very friendly and welcoming. The area is surrounded by mountains and rolling hills if you are sporty and fancy a run along the coast or you're on a cycling holiday, some nice climbs and views. A fabulous place to stay, just don't forget the mosquito spray!

First time in Corfu and stayed at the Sentido Apollo, it definitely won't be our last. We had a fantastic time. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and professional. Started off at check-in on the 8th Oct, the 2 ladies in reception we dealt with were so helpful, hope they enjoyed the box of Irish chocolates! Food was delicious and plentiful. Restaurants and bar staff so accommodating and friendly, despite them having to deal with some rude guests. Manners and a smile goes a long way especially towards staff, they work extremely hard. My teenage daughter and I loved the wellness massage and facial at the spa. Again the staff were amazing, kind and so professional. Entertainment was great fun. Well done to Nemo and team. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Looking forward to returning back to the Sentido Apollo. Thank you x

My wife and I just returned from an unforgettable week at the SENTIDO APOLLO PALACE, and it was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Even though we arrived late, the check-in process was swift, and a friendly young man even gave us a ride to our room on one of the hotel’s golf carts—such a thoughtful touch! Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring we were always comfortable. The bed was incredibly cosy, and it was such a delight to return to a room that was cleaned daily, complete with fresh towels. The hotel itself is spotless, and with three beautiful pools, there was always plenty of space to relax. We especially loved the adults-only pool for its tranquillity, and the lovely lady at the pool bar made our afternoons even more enjoyable. It was also convenient to pick up fresh towels from the spa area whenever we needed. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was nothing short of outstanding. The variety and quality at both breakfast and dinner were impressive. Additionally, dining at the Greek and Italian à la carte restaurants during our stay was a highlight—the food was absolutely exceptional. After dinner, we enjoyed our evenings at the Blu Bar, where the two gentlemen serving were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel so well taken care of. The beach is just a short 2-minute walk away, and if you turn left when you arrive, you can rent sunbeds for only 3 euros. We also enjoyed relaxing at Spiros Beach Bar, where the service was consistently excellent—nothing was ever too much trouble. If you fancy a trip to Corfu Town, the bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and it’s only 2.40 euros per ticket. We took the bus one way and opted for a taxi back, which cost 50 euros. Overall, our experience at the SENTIDO APOLLO PALACE was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, delivering top-notch customer service. Special mention to Nathalie, the hotel’s Guest Relations manager, who made our holiday even more special. We can’t wait to return soon!

We arrived on 02 September and got our room (957), it was pretty clean ,but...The bathroom was"open plan". During the shower the sewage started to smell and spread in the room. The shower didn't look so nice as in pictures. We called reception and they sent the plumber who just put bleach in it. Every time we showered the odour was back. After using the toilet, a smell of pee was always persistent. We asked the cleaning supervisor lady to pay attention but even after, the smell didn't go away. I bought 2 bottles of Duck for toilet and used it all week. The air conditioner was very slow in cooling the room, we found ants on our clothes and I didn't know how is that possible. The ants were under the couch. The towels were changed only twice in a week and second time it looked worn and more grey then white. The food was plenty but low quality, we were lucky to find a nice tavern and have food there mostly. I've seen seafood served in hotel restaurant only twice that week and second time you couldn't eat it, almost threw up (green beans with octopus, never heard of such mix). You don't go to Greece to eat fish and chips. All together it was not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel, I had better experience in a 3 star in Spain. I wouldn't give 3 stars to this hotel. We were very disappointed. I can't understand where all the 5 stars reviews are coming from, unless all are arranged. It was our first time going with a travel agency (Tui) and didn't know what to do. Few pictures attached.

We had a lovely time. Food was very good plenty of choice. Our room was good comfy and clean. Lovely friendly staff. The three pools were all great and kept really clean. We manly used Adult only pool. Gardens all maintained well. Easy walk to beach and lots of lovely eating places and shops.

Everything about this resort is perfect, from the minute you step into reception you are greeted with a friendly face. The staff here are wonderful so pleasant, we couldn't fault the place. We went all inclusive ,the food is amazing and will suit everyone ,even the picky eaters. There is also 2 separate restaurants on the premises which i highly recommend. Our room was fantastic, it looked onto the garden and was so near everything. Apollo Palace is a great family resort but its also great for couples as there's a separate adults only pool. There is a small beach near by and is walking distance to the village The only thing that let it down was the smell of sewage from the surrounding area might not have been the hotel fault but it was quiet strong at times Double Room Garden View 9 nights · October 2024 Couple

Very good moment spent there. Paulina was very gentleman. I recommand to everyone who needs a moment for themself. It was very pleasant and I will come back again if I have the occasion. I half a aegeo spa ritual which has last 90 min in total. Thank you to all the team
