Niki's House

The Greek style apartment had everything you could possibly think of, even the smallest details — like a towel rack right next to the shower and cling film over the remotes for extra cleanliness. The place was super clean, the temperature was perfect, and when you open the window it feels like you’re Snow White looking out into the courtyard. I loved the style of the windows too. Bed was super comfy and had the best sleep! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

We were very happy with our stay at Nikis House. The accommodation has alot of traditional character but combines this with having the modern conveniences and standards many come to expect. Some accommodations on the island struggles with the ac and/or quality of the bathroom (water pressure, the heating of the water in the shower etc) but not Nikis House. The living space is very nice and the garden outside is beautiful. Lovely for a nice breakfast or a late evening chat. It is located outside of the busy central part of Limassol and we liked that although it does mean that having a car is preferable. The only thing we missed was a pool. A place to cool down outside in the very hot mid-day would have been nice. The owners were excellent and our stay was great.

Lovely and charming apartment with a beautiful garden outdoorplace. Very clean, quiet and cozy. Everything worked perfectly and it dosent miss anything. Evigina is an exellent friendly host and answered all questions fast. Buses goes there.

Unique traditional -once family home-renovated sympathetically .With a rustic but comfortable setting. Peaceful environment, taking you back to a time. Kettle/ Tea/Coffee/A.C/ Heating/ Fridge/ Toaster. Laundry and ironing service available at extra cost.. all rooms have private bathrooms and all overlook or walk out onto the pretty enclosed and locked courtyard giving you a sense of security. Parking is nearby 1 minute walk away. Limassol 5-10 min drive. Bus service also available. Bakeries and Supermarkets nearby for all your needs. An excellent base for short stays or longer .

Lovely quiet hotel for couples outside Limassol The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms.

All I can what a great host help me out with a SIM problem and so friendly I would give ten stars really a great place to stay

Lovely Stay, easy parking and good AC. Would highly recommend to stop by if you can.
