The hotel is very calming and well organised. Was very warm and quiet during our stay. Loved all the food from all the restaurants and service was friendly and cheerful throughout. Accommodation over two floors with private pool was fabulous and we also enjoyed the main pools and beach.

We had a wonderful weekend at St. Nicolas Bay Resort Hotel and Villas . A lovely hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location. We had an amazing room very big, clean with all the comforts and with a great sea view.The Hotel Manager Mr. Alexandros Glinos and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was gorgeous and the facilities were great! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

St. Nicholas Bay Hotel has been a cornerstone of our family memories for nearly 20 years. Beginning with my 15th birthday and continuing as I've grown to 33, this place holds a special place in our hearts. Every return visit feels like coming home. There is something magical about St Nicholas Bay. You have to visit to experience it. As soon as you arrive there's an immediate sense of homecoming. The heart and soul of the hotel is its team. Alex, the General Manager, sets the gold standard for hospitality. His commitment to excellence is palpable in every aspect of the hotel, leading a team that’s nothing short of extraordinary, from the waitstaff to the attentive cleaners. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. The resort is luxurious, but in a classy traditional sense, setting it apart from other typical 5-star hotels. There's an ineffable magic about St. Nicholas Bay. There's a warmth and charm that envelops you. It's not just the picturesque surroundings, the pristine rooms, or the top-notch amenities; it's the soul of the hotel that truly sets it apart.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Buzzers on the parasols, 1 buzz and the waiter would be on his way immediately. Sitting outside for dinner at the Greek restaurant, right by the sea, great food, a background of Greek music or a jaz trio and the temperature just right equates to being as good as it gets. I couldn't fault the place. We came here to crash out for a week and I have never been to a place better suited to that.

Second time at this hotel. The facilities are excellent. We paid for full board but I’m not sure I’d do that again as we really only needed a basic lunch. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The staff were fantastic. We only had one grumble. The music at the Blue Bay restaurant consists of one tape only. After 7 days of this we were sick of it. That said, we will be back.

We are a family of 6 people, and we booked the 3-bedroom villa. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are great. The food is tasty. The beach is excellent. They care about their guests; you can feel it in anything they do. We will come back.

The Hotel was in a beautiful position , our bedroom 604 with its own pool and terrace was peaceful looking onto the garden and sea . The food was delicious and what really stood out was the quality of exceptional service from the staff lead by the Manager. The range of facilities ensured tranquility .Nothing was too much trouble , offers of help , smiles and kindness. Undoubtedly the best holiday we can remember

Lied about our booking - do not trust the photos. We booked a club suite hot tub room and it was in a shared communal area. Staff were then unable to move us to the correct room that we booked and the only offer of help was to move to a higher package room and pay £200 more a night. Really horrible start to the holiday. Poor service. Won’t be coming back here. Such a shame. They also wouldn’t refund us, but still offered to cancel our room (with no refund). Not very pleasant.

There are truly no words to describe our amazing 2 nights at St. Nicolas Bay for our honeymoon. We spent 2 weeks in Greece and our stay here was our favorite. Upon arrival we were welcomed with drinks and very friendly reception staff. We desparately needed some laundry done and the reception staff made a special arragement to get it done even though it was late in the day on Saturday. Our room was not ready (checked in at 1PM so totally understandable) but we were given a tour of the property then had a great lunch at Blue Bay with a wide variety of options. After lunch we were escorted to our room which was an upgrade and so incredibly wonderful. We enjoyed our private pool and took in the most scenic views on property. Our first evening we decided to explore Agios Nikolaos and have dinner in town. The reception team assisted with calling a taxi and it was very quick (and inexpensive compared to taxi fares on the other Greek islands we visited). Breakfast both mornings was great and the options (both continental and hot) were expansive. We enjoyed the beach chairs and had lunch oceanside which once again was great. Our final night we enjoyed dinner at The Greek Kafenion. The food was delicious and we loved the live music. I cannot thank everyone at St. Nicolas Bay for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. We will cherish the memories made for years to come.
