Agnes Water Beach Club

Beautiful place, very nice and well decorated apartment good located only a few meters from the beach, very nice and helpful people at the reception, they help us all the time organizing trips and answering all questions (kangaroo 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂)

AWBC is ideally located for walking to most places in and around the town. The beach, groceries, fashion and specialty shops, hotels and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The 1- and 2-bedroom air-conditioned apartments are spacious and well appointed. The barbeque area and swimming pool area is excellent. Some rooms have newer and/or more modern decor depending on the unit owner's taste. We usually stay for 1-2 weeks in February each year and have had the same room for several years now. We make a point of cleaning the dishwasher filter and air-conditioner filters upon arrival. Both were particularly dirty this time and the directional flaps on the main air-con unit has been broken for several years. The stairs can be a pain depending on your age and fitness level; however, they are a small inconvenience compared to the benefits of the amenities offered and the location of the units. Short stays or long holidays are both well catered for, and the cost won't break the bank. I would recommend AWBC to anyone looking for the BEST location in Agnes Water.

The unit was very neat, clean and tidy. Great central location to the beach and shops. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon worked well in the bedroom and living area. Great value for money. The parking was easily accessible and the service desk was extremely helpful

We have stayed at Agnes Water Beach Club twice now. We love the break from our busy lives. The apartments are clean, comfortable and have all the amenities we needed. The rooms are airconditioned, the kitchen has all the utensils etc needed to cook, and the internet works well enough to watch streaming videos. The swimming pool and outdoor bbq area is wonderful. The apartment complex is not huge and has a lovely intimate environment. Walking distance to the shops, cafes and most importantly the beach. We weill be back

Great place to stay and Location, Location, Location. 200 metres to an attractive and family friendly beach, shops next door and the family friendly Tavern just up the hill. Also, free off-street parking. We have stayed here on a number of occasions in the two-bedroom apartments. Full sized kitchens. In addition to the TV in the living room we have found that generally there is one in each bedroom. This stay, in addition to the full sized fridge there was a small fridge in one of the bedrooms. The pool is a decent size with a large swim out area for the littlelies. During our stays, the water has always been at a pleasant temperature. Jane on reception was courteous, helpful and cheerful. Jane remembered us from our previous stay in early December and always addressed us by name whenever we saw her. The full extent of the beach can be viewed on the Agnes Water Beach Cam.

Amazing stay , awesome two bedroom apartment, great location would highly recommend to anyone wanting central accommodation with beautiful pool area and walking distance to everything. Highly recommended great value for money for a two bedroom apartment

The unit was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals for 4 night stay. Lovely modern unit. Huge verandah. Complex was very well kept and pleasant staff. Location was perfect. 1 min walk to shops. 3 min walk to beach.

The property and apartment was very nice and clean and would recommended it but the customer service was very poor. We had a late evening check-in and the only way to get a hold of someone is to call a number, leave a message, and wait for a call back. We waited over an hour and the person who called was very rude and condescending. We did have a later booking but we didn’t realize the check-in was closed until after we booked the stay. We did eventually get a key once it was confirmed we have a reservation and paid. If you have a late booking or arrive before or after 10am-4pm, make sure to call and get a hold of someone ahead of arrival. When checking out, even though the office was open, there was no one there to talk with or to know what to do.

This is my happy place, it is where I come to relax and unwind. The apartments are always immaculately clean, tidy and very well appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the water is hot and plentiful. The position is terrific, close to both shops and the beach. This was the first time my wife has been with me here and she adored the pool and spa. I have been here many times and plan to be back many more. Oh, and the rates are incredibly reasonable.
