Stayed here as part of my short trip in Agra. Location is brilliant and just located one km from Taj Mahal and staff were very helpful they arrange all local sightseeing with taxi at reasonable price and thanks to all. Rooms are good and food quality is also good, they offer breakfast and lunch dinner facilities.

We stayed in this hotel because it was a good criticism, a good painting based on the photos and a good price, but I think there are certainly other options for similar prices better. If you look like a more mochilerod site and you must have rooms with shared bathroom and so in addition to private rooms with bathroom inside that is what we picked up... We stayed two nights and breakfast was included, But we asked and, or we didn't understand ourselves well, or they gave us long saying that we had to ask for the food in advance and I don't know what more rolls... another problem is that, the day we arrived was not working the wifi, there was some problem but they just told us that the The internet provider did not answer them... They fixed it for the second day, but only at the lower floors, we were up and there, even though the signal came, it still not worked... we asked again, and the same. The Wi-Fi theme, personally, I think a problem.... The room was right... nothing noticeable either for good or for bad... a large bed, it was not uncomfortable, with a quite chula decor for my taste. The room was very clean and was very clean. The hotel is located on a street with quite ambient (which also means noise), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby (even a shopping center at unis 5-10 minutes walking). If it is not a bad option but there are things that could improve (at least in private rooms) and the wifi problem has given me at least one explanation....

Mr. Avichal Bharadwaj is the biggest gem in the crown of CM. He is the most compassionate and understanding person. Seeing my mother’s leg problem he offered her breakfast and even upgraded our room. I highly recommend CM to hire more people like him and even promote him to the highest level possible. Huge respect to you. Big Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

I will start with the positives - the ***ager went out of his way to help us find a bus that we booked that travel agents in Agra said did not exist. The bus from Agra to Kath***du stops on the side of a motorway and was due at 12.30pm. He insisted on coming with us in a taxi he arranged and waited until the bus arrived 2 hours late. The hotel also has excellent Wi-Fi on each floor. The views from the roof terrace of the Taj Mahal are superb. On the downside the breakfast is just butter & jam toast, the rooms are in need of renovations and the cleaning could do with a wo***’s touch (in respect of showing men how to do it properly).

Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean.
