This should be the best hotel in Agra. The green spaces and swimming pools in the hotel are very good and suitable for children. And the food inside the hotel is not bad. The only downside is that the hotel room is really too small. No matter what room type is booked, the overall area is too small compared to the domestic hotel. However, the most prominent part of this hotel is that the education service staff does not ask for tips from the guests. This brand is placed in many places, so you can go to the swimming pool without any comfort. You don't have to worry about not tipping. The entire process from check in to check it was smooth and staff was very responsive to our needs (and we had a few thanks to 3 kids!). We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Our server Raushan was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is an only a quick drive away from the Taj Mahal. We recommend leaving the hotel early in the morning a bit before sunrise to get to the Taj Mahal at sunrise for beautiful photos! We will definitely stay here if we are in Agra again.

Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.

I will start with the positives - the ***ager went out of his way to help us find a bus that we booked that travel agents in Agra said did not exist. The bus from Agra to Kath***du stops on the side of a motorway and was due at 12.30pm. He insisted on coming with us in a taxi he arranged and waited until the bus arrived 2 hours late. The hotel also has excellent Wi-Fi on each floor. The views from the roof terrace of the Taj Mahal are superb. On the downside the breakfast is just butter & jam toast, the rooms are in need of renovations and the cleaning could do with a wo***’s touch (in respect of showing men how to do it properly).

The staff was very kind, the location was within walking distance to the Taj Mahal (about 15 minutes), and there was a souvenir shop affiliated with His next door. There wasn't anything particularly close by, but I was able to purchase water and snacks at a nearby store. I think the Taj Mahal is the main attraction when visiting Agra, so it would be convenient to stay here. I wanted to see the sunrise and went out early in the morning when it was still dark, so I was afraid to walk, so I used an Uber taxi, but I was able to hail one right away, and it was a convenient place for public transportation with plenty of taxis nearby! However, there were no tissues in the room and the shower holder was broken. The inside of the room is clean◎

Located on main road and easily accessible. Room was nice and clean and so was the washroom. Bed was comfortable, linen was clean as well. Staff was courteous. The only feedback is that the housekeep services could have been proactive to avoid unnecessary calls. There was no drinking water when I checked in and toiletries were also not provided. Hand towel in the washroom would be useful if they can add that to their service. They arranged on call but could have been made available proactively. Also found their restaurant a bit expensive but you always have a choice so not a big deal.

Detailed evaluation 3.4 It is a hotel near Agra Fort. We used it in a hurry because the train to Jaipur scheduled to leave at 19:00 was late. When I asked the hotel receptionist, I used it by saying that I could use it only by cafe. The terrace is not very clean. It was hot, but I was able to spend it cool because I had a fan. I ordered hot coffee. 20 rupees Because the train seems to be quite late, I asked for an additional 125 rupees for Veg Biryani. None of them are specially delicious, but I was grateful to be able to stay because there was no other place to wait for the arrival of the train. It was really good to come here because it was a dirty station that was not the nearest station to Tajima Mahal of World Heritage site. After all, the arrival of the train was 4 hours late and about 3 hours late to the destination.

Great place - it has a very polished, upmarket feel. Shower was sensational and my bed was comfortable although I did have to flip over the mattress (always a good hack in old hotels). Staff were friendly and breakfast was simple but nice. Location is on a main road a bit away from the Taj area but still fine for Ubers etc. Less impressed with the rooftop restaurant. They were playing blaring loud dance music even though there were only a couple of tables in. And it’s very overpriced - 280 rupees for a bowl of rice.

Detailed evaluation 3.4 It is a hotel near Agra Fort. We used it in a hurry because the train to Jaipur scheduled to leave at 19:00 was late. When I asked the hotel receptionist, I used it by saying that I could use it only by cafe. The terrace is not very clean. It was hot, but I was able to spend it cool because I had a fan. I ordered hot coffee. 20 rupees Because the train seems to be quite late, I asked for an additional 125 rupees for Veg Biryani. None of them are specially delicious, but I was grateful to be able to stay because there was no other place to wait for the arrival of the train. It was really good to come here because it was a dirty station that was not the nearest station to Tajima Mahal of World Heritage site. After all, the arrival of the train was 4 hours late and about 3 hours late to the destination.

This small, quiet hotel is located in an unslaughterable distance from Taj Mahal - ideal for a early visit of the Indian true sign at sunrise. We spent a night in the hotel and were satisfied. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Breakfast after our Taj Mahal visit was completely in order. We had no hot water, but the room was very clean and clean - we've experienced it differently in India. However, it smells tungsy after the discharge at night. For one night, however, totally in order and due to the abovementioned benefits and the favourable price-performance ratio, a clear recommendation.

Very good experience in this family guest house!! It has a lot of charm and the family is very nice and hospitable, they helped us with absolutely everything (with the advantage that one of the brothers speaks Spanish). It especially helped us when I got sick and we had to extend our stay at this hostel. I was lucky to be here and to be able to recover well and comfortably. It has spectacular home cooking, we tried several delicious and quality dishes. There is a living room with air conditioning and smart TV where we relaxed, ate and talked. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a green and quiet park, and above all, very clean. Without a doubt it is the best hostel of our stay in India, I recommend it 100%.
