Nice room, excellent service friendly staff, clean but be aware the hotel is across from the train station and can be a little noise during arrival and departure times. Other than that no complaints and recommend.

Hotel clean. Staff friendly enough. Plus point- near to the train station-convenient. Down point - near to the train station-noisy. Sadly I also had selfish, noisy people staying and was due to get up at 5am to go up to Machu Picchu. I’m glad it was only a one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay, facility was clean, customer friendly, made to order breakfast at 4:30 AM before we go to Machu Picchu. I will recommend this hotel.

El hotel está al lado de la estación de trenes por lo que se oyen bastante bien. Utilizamos una habitación doble y una individual. La individual solo tenía una ventana hacia el interior del edificio (las escaleras) Baño pequeño y muy incómodo con el lavabo fuera del mismo. En general la habitación pequeña y muy usada...la limpieza un poco pobre con toallas igualmente con su uso. La televisión no se veía y preferí no avisar... La habitación doble con el inodoro atascado y al comentarlo nos dieron un desatascador para que lo hiciéramos nosotros. El desayuno bastante cortito y sin mucha calidad. El atendimiento muy justito...se les oía más hablar entre ellos desde la habitación, ya que se reunían en la planta baja, junto a la escalera donde habían mesas del pequeño comedor.

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en general, debido a la contingencia del momento y el receso al turismo me parece que éramos los únicos huéspedes en el hotel por lo que la atención fue mucho más personalizada. La recepcionista muy simpática, amable y proactiva. El desayuno es muy bueno. Nos toco una habitación con vista hacia la estación de tren por lo que había harto ruido de la estación, lo cual a nosotros no nos molestó específicamente pero para otras personas puede ser un factor a considerar. El único pero es que el wifi no funcionaba muy bien y tuvimos unos problemas con el agua caliente, aun así la persona que nos recibió trató de solucionarlos dentro de lo posible. Lo recomendaría a mis conocidos ya que precio/calidad es bueno.

Atendimento ruim, pessoas com má vontade para atender. Camas ok, mas banheiro extremamente pequeno, e sem água quente ! Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções .. a pessoa que fez o café preparou os ovos e foi deitar no sofá da recepção. Não voltaria e não indico !

Cálido, vista maravillosa, buen trato, sigue el protocolo covid 19, acceso rápido. Desayuno Contienental muy bueno. Las habitaciones son cómodas y acogedoras. La seguridad de las maletas también. Muy buen servicio
