Very disappointing experience.
When I arrived, the hotel said there were problems with the water supply and moved me to another hotel for the first night. The next day they moved me back, but the building was clearly not ready to receive guests. Several floors were undergoing deep cleaning and repair work.
In my room there was no proper hot water (only barely warm water in the shower) and the internet did not work.
When I asked the manager why guests were being checked in while the hotel was still under maintenance, her response was extremely rude. She told me that if I wanted better conditions I should have booked a five-star hotel, and that if I was not satisfied I could leave.
I decided to check out because the conditions and attitude were unacceptable. The hotel refused to refund the unused night.
Be aware that this hotel may accept guests even when basic services are not working.

My room was clean and organized. The bathroom is very small but reasonable for myself. The quality of the shampoo and other soaps were poor, so bring your own. If you need a clean and cheap place to stay, this place is good.

A great hotel for visiting Machu Picchu.
We were met right off the train with a sign.
They explained and showed us everything.
The room was excellent and large, with a huge bed.
All the linens were dry, and there was no problem with hot water.
You can leave your luggage; don't bring it with you to visit Machu Picchu. 👍

This hotel is very close to the train station. After getting off the train, turn right through the exit and walk up for about five to six minutes. Turn left and walk along the stream for another six to seven minutes. When you see a small bridge, immediately turn right and walk up along the stream. You'll soon see the hotel.
The hotel receptionist was very friendly. They helped carry my luggage upstairs and led me to my room. They also helped me with some of my problems. The room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. There was no separate wet and dry area, and no kettle. However, this hotel is very popular due to its prime location.

The room had a strong musty smell, the facilities were old and the hygiene was poor, and the price was high relative to the room itself. The breakfast was simple and monotonous.

The hotel is by the river, and the sound of the water was extremely loud at night. The soundproofing was terrible, so I couldn't sleep well. The room facilities were old and had a musty smell. I didn't sleep very well. Someone called us to get up for breakfast in the morning 😂, but we couldn't get out of bed and just went back to sleep, so I don't know what the breakfast was like. The staff were very friendly though.

The information of this hotel is completely wrong, and most of the things marked are not there.
The basic and actual facilities are not complete, there is no radiator, and there is no water provided (you have to pay for it yourself). Hair dryers, electric fans, food and diet labels are not included.
The faucet in the bathroom is still broken, there is no hot water at all! The water in the shower is not too hot and barely lukewarm. If you wash in water at this temperature in the plateau area, you will catch a cold🤒️
It will be very difficult for people with luggage to climb the spiral stairs to the fourth floor by themselves
After staying for one night, I found that only 2-3 rooms were checked in, and the occupancy rate was very low.
There are very few varieties of breakfast, in a hotel next door. It feels like the locals have different names but actually have the same boss🧐
Not cheap, but not up to hotel standards at all
