The hot water was lukewarm, and I almost caught a cold showering – that's completely unacceptable. We booked a guide through the hotel beforehand; he was very friendly and hardworking, but his expertise could use improvement, as he seemed to miss some key points. Breakfast was quite poor; I just grabbed some fruit and headed out. The included dinner was a three-course meal. I ordered the onion soup and grilled trout. The onions weren't sautéed and tasted like they were just boiled, which was very mediocre. Honestly, nothing met my expectations. I do not recommend this place.

It was excellent, I really liked it.
It's a beautiful hotel with a great environment and hot springs. The food was also delicious. Overall, a great experience. The only downside is that they haven't refunded my deposit after a month, which is really frustrating, haha.

The environment is fantastic, absolutely amazing, and there's even a hot spring. Just be careful if you're prone to insects; the natural environment might attract spiders and millipedes. As for service, in a developing capitalist country like China, it's just so-so, definitely not as good as hotels back home. The main attraction is the environment—it's absolutely beautiful. The food was also quite good.

The hotel is near the train station. Turn right and then right again after exiting the station and walk for five minutes to the destination. It is a 20-minute drive from Machu Picchu Scenic Area. The hotel service is great👍It is an unexpected surprise hotel, located 2020 meters above sea level, between the highlands and the rainforest, with 50 hectares of private botanical gardens, the most famous of which is the orchid garden, with as many as 372 varieties. The hotel arranges various activities at different times, and is equipped with plant experts to take me to see various orchids and how to make tea with plants. At the same time, I was fortunate to see the Peruvian national bird, the cock-of-the-earth. The only regret is that the check-out time is ten o'clock in the morning.
