Check-in was smooth, and the staff were quick and easy to understand, providing all the information you need. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Machu Picchu."

"The hotel is built on the railway. Please note that it is not next to the railway. The rooms are basically the 200 yuan express hotels at the domestic county level. The bathroom is very dirty and small. Because on the railway, the train runs from 5 am to 11 pm, so if you are Babies with low sleep requirements can consider it, but the price/performance ratio is really too low! Not recommended at all"

"The hot water was lukewarm, and I almost caught a cold showering – that's completely unacceptable. We booked a guide through the hotel beforehand; he was very friendly and hardworking, but his expertise could use improvement, as he seemed to miss some key points. Breakfast was quite poor; I just grabbed some fruit and headed out. The included dinner was a three-course meal. I ordered the onion soup and grilled trout. The onions weren't sautéed and tasted like they were just boiled, which was very mediocre. Honestly, nothing met my expectations. I do not recommend this place."

The staff kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby, charge our phones, and use the Wi-Fi, which was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel has 4 rooms on 4 floors with a large glass front facing the river, which is very loud and beautiful. It is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable with a seating area right by the river. At the top is the breakfast room with a great view of the river and mountains. There is a small breakfast buffet. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When there were no trains running because of the strike, they moved heaven and earth so that we could walk back to Cusco with adventurous companions so that we wouldn't miss our return flights. This willingness to help was really touching. The hotel is also perfectly located by the bus to Machu Picchu and by the bridge to the train. Night/room for 2 people 50 dollars."
