Incredible stay here. Lovely clean spacious room, staff even cleaned the room whilst I was out. Amazing staff lovely to chat to and very accommodating. Really nice pool and outside area for relaxing. Really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch, really good food. Highly recommend staying here!

I spent five nights at the Mosvold Villa. My stay there was very relaxing. The hotel bedroom was spacious and cool – the efficient air conditioning and high ceilings were a welcome refuge from the heat. French windows gave onto a patio seating area with views over the lawn to the beach. An idyllic setting. The food at Mosvold was excellent. Plenty of choice, fresh quality ingredients and beautifully presented. But the Mosvold's biggest asset is its staff. Without exception these were warm friendly, kind, responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt they all went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Great location for this lovely hotel. Staff, food and general surroundings are very nice. Rooms are quality and very comfortable. Only constructive comment is that and there need to be more plugs in the room at working height and be aware that its on the very busy main road which can be noisy ! We look to return at some stage - thank you .l

What a great experience this hotel is. We were greeted at our Van by hotel reception, they advised during our stay to ask for whatever we would like. This was not empty words as every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Along with the great views and beautiful rooms the staff at this hotel is what made it special. All F&B staff were polite and friendly, Ajith made sure we were looked after and our stomachs were always full. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are thinking about it.. don't think just do!

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. The Founders Suite was incredibly spacious and luxurious, with every detail showcasing beautiful Sri Lankan architecture. The separate shower and washroom areas were large and wonderful. The attached swimming pool was clean, perfectly maintained, and incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food surpassed any restaurant we visited during our trip. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Mosvold Villa for four nights, which was a wonderful place to spend time after travelling around this beautiful country. The food is delicious and, as everywhere, the people are delightful. We were able to swim in the sea and the pool and enjoyed a beautiful dinner over looking the sea. Truly worth 5 stars.

The location is the best for everything and especially for surfing, you walk from the beach to surf spot. The service is amazing the food is full of flavour good and tasty. The rooms clean the pool is crazy and it’s the best place in Sri Lanka for sure!! The manager Chanaka gave us the best feeling we could have, always smile and help with everything. Gave us the real feeling of vocation!!

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. Best view to the beach. Best spot for surfing and the service. Just excellent. I’ll definitely come back again. Best service very nice personal best view - waiting to come again. All the services were perfect and the pool is very nice thank you for everything. Thank you Manager Chanaka your doing great job.

Mosvold Villa is a true testament to Sri Lankan hospitality, situated in a picturesque location that offers guests front-row seats to the majestic beauty of the ocean. The villa's design and ambiance harmonize perfectly with its surroundings, creating a tranquil retreat. The staff at Mosvold are the heart of the villa, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and pampered. The on-site restaurant is a culinary paradise, serving a variety of dishes that are as delicious as they are beautifully presented, further enhanced by the stunning ocean view. Although there was a brief issue with an overcharge on taxes at the outset, the manager's swift action to rectify the mistake reinforced our trust in their commitment to guest satisfaction. The only slight drawback was the occasional scarcity of free sun loungers, but this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. I give Mosvold Villa a perfect 10 for its exceptional service, breathtaking location, and the unforgettable memories it has given us.
