Crystal Oceanic

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The staff are extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional. We mistakenly left an expensive item behind, they assured us they would post it to us (otherwise we would have turned around). I have now been begging for weeks and they have completely ghosted me and stopped replying. They obviously always intended to keep it for themselves. This is disgusting customer service for a hotel. The stay itself was also terrible. The photos of the room on *********** are not accurate, our room was not the one advertised and significantly worse. Not worth the price tag, there are nicer places in the area for much cheaper. I highly advise not booking here.

The room was large, with 2 large double beds and a single bed, 2 sofas. But No TV although there was a remote control there. No Wardrobe to hang your clothes. The Shower was the best I have had in any hotel with 6 functions and it was a large wet room The Wet Room needs a Extractor Fan so that the paint does not peel off the ceiling, this needs attention. Air conditioning good. The room could do with touching up as part of the ceiling had come down. Breakfast was fantastic in fact I found it too much, so just told them what I would like each day. Coffee was great too. Swimming pool was clean. The position of the Crystal Oceanic was in a quiet area with No shops, and just a few restaurants. The Beach was right across the road but you had to be very careful as there is a very strong undertow, beautiful clean beach.
