I visited Hotel Vista around February 6 and had already made a booking in advance. When we arrived and went to the reception to check in, they asked for our IDs. There were three of us, but only two had their IDs with them. The third person did not. We politely asked whether it would be okay for only the two of us with IDs to check in, but they refused and said it wasn’t allowed. That part was understandable. However, at that point, a woman—whom I think was the hotel manager—interrupted and told the staff, right in front of us, that it didn’t matter whether we stayed or not, she’s not interested and that if an ID was missing, they should simply say no. She said this openly in front of guests, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I have decided to blacklist this hotel.
