Having visited Ahemdabad 18 times this was one of the worst hotel to stay in. Very poor customer services, staff lacked common understanding. Rooms need major renovation showers flooding, Did not get receipt for payment. Very rude behaviour, safe deposit boxes not working. Would not stay here even if they paid me.

My parents stayed in this hotel, and while the room was acceptable, the experience was marred by the disappointing food. The dining area had an unpleasant smell, and the served meals were not only cold but also unappetizing. This significantly impacted the overall stay.

No cleanliness... Worst service.. And bathroom is like from 20th century... Nahane jao to pani kaha jayega koi nai bata sakta.. Its go8ng below wash besin... Under washroom... Even in room.. Despite of all this ***ager says that its like this only in all rooms... They are accepting that its issue but there is nothing to do about it.

Very good hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. Good room. Cleanliness maintained. Food though vegetarian, tasty food. Checkin and heck out haslen free. Within half an hour journey from Ahmedabad Airport.

Got the room late post 12.30 while the official check in time is 11. Told 3 times to give a water bottle but was not given. Switch is broken One part of Room AC is not giving sufficient cooling. Asked for the mattress but there was not bed sheet given and not even had courtesy to even ask Overall not worth

This Hotel is very Well Connected and centrally located. Rooms are very Elegant, cozy, Neat and Clean. Hotel Staff is very Courteous and helpful Food at Breakfast is excellent Budget Friendly and good for Business Travellers Thanks for the Services and Best of Luck Keep up the Good Work
