Hotel Carrefour

This experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me speechless. I strongly advise others to stay away from this Trip.com platform and this hotel. I understand that businesses need to make money, but it should be done the correct and ethical way — not by accepting a booking request that does not match the actual conditions, and then refusing to provide a refund afterward. As for Trip.com, please do your job properly. If customers make bookings through your app, we expect real customer service — not to be forced to rely on an AI system that cannot even understand a basic request. There was no proper response through customer service, internet calls went unanswered, and neither the hotel nor the platform took responsibility. This is unacceptable. You keep sending me in circles without actually resolving any of my issues.

The hotel is so nice , clean , good services

The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful- his name is ahzaz and the way he spoke to us was horrible.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel from 17th to 21st November 2025. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Have a nice vegetarian restaurant. Location is good. Staff are helpful. Good place for leisure or business.
