Overall, it was decent. There wasn't much variety for breakfast, as it's mainly vegetarian here. Next time I'm in Ahmedabad, I might try a different hotel.

Due to unexpected flight delays and weather-related disruptions, I was unable to make it to the hotel for my stay. Unfortunately, despite the circumstances being completely outside of my control, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even allow a date change. Very disappointing experience and an extremely rigid policy that fails to take real travel disruptions and natural events into consideration. I expected much better customer support and understanding.

The experience at Hyatt was phenomenal especially because of brilliant assistance of Mr Omkar Manohar who left no stone unturned to make our stay comfortable. My parents one of who is a senior citizen were immensely pleased and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you.
