Ginger Ahmedabad SG Road

I have booked hotel through trip.com. when I entered with my client the hotel was under renovation. I had asked to hotel why they don't informed or why they accepted booking. They said to check room if not ok we will put cancellation. We had asked for refund but yet it is not been processed. We had got cancellation email but it is not been refunded. Money is important but this kind of cheating is not acceptable. Hotel said they got booking from agoda.com and I made booking from trip.com Hotel people say they sent email of cancellation to agoda.com and trip.com is saying that didnt get cancellation from hotel. Now as user of trip.com where we can go. We are writing to trip.com but they are replying saying that we can help by giving some concession in future booking. That is not ok. Hotel has cancelled this booking it had to be refunded full amount.

Nice experience.. I had a Nice stay in Ginger Ahmedabad Sg road , I literally prefer everyone to have an experience in this hotel , Room was good neat and clean, Room service was also too good , All service staff were too friendly and supportive the front office staff named Yoga,subhadeep and sakalan were too good and support a lot in this hotel.

Mr. Saglain and Mr. Subadeep at the front desk were very helpful. Location is at the centre of the city Week connected for transport Clean and cozy rooms

I like the rooms compare to other Ginger rooms are quite large staffs are helpful and the Manager yoga guide the and arrange the vehicle for us , suphadeep and saklan also did nice

Comfortable stay and peacefully enviornment, Good service from Hotel Staff Mr. Yoga /Mr. Shubhadeep . He was really good and kind rooms are nice. Thanks to the team make comfortable. Room was clean and neat.
