"The location of the hostel was great, right in the centre of where you need to be. The staff were nice and helpful. However the hostel standard was not up to the same level as the location and staff. The rooms were moderately clean, we had a massive brown stain on our bedding when we arrived, the showers and toilets had mould and clumps of spiders and spiders webs everywhere. In the corners, on the ceilings, in the actual toilet and shower areas. That being said you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hostels in airlie beach, so you sacrifice some cleanness due to how cheap it is."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied. The balcony offered a partial sea view, but the bed wasn't comfortable enough, and I painfully bumped into the sharp bed corners. The daytime renovations and nighttime DJ were still a bit noisy, and the beach right outside wasn't anything special. However, the location is excellent; it's very convenient for taking sightseeing flights, and being on the main street makes dining and shopping incredibly easy."

"Everything was good, but the room was indeed quite small, and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside. Overall, it's excellent value for money and quite convenient. Taking the bus to the city center or the supermarket is easy. The front desk staff also provided good service."

"I really don't recommend the hotel breakfast. If you're not in a rush, there's a cafe just a 5-minute walk from Coles that opens at 7 AM and has good breakfast options. The facilities are decent enough. The location isn't the best; you have to cross the road to catch the bus. It might be a bit tricky for travelers from China to figure out the bus schedule, as it's 50 cents a ride, and you can get to the plaza for food and drinks in one stop. My room had a strong damp smell, and in my mom's room, the AC wasn't cooling enough, but for a four-day stay, it was manageable. We had to let the water run for over five minutes to get hot water; we almost thought they didn't provide any!"

"Overall, it was very clean. The cleaning was thorough, and I was surprised by how clean the common areas were. They closed the kitchen and other areas every night for cleaning, which I appreciated. The dormitory rooms don't have curtains, but the beds are spaced far enough apart, and the beds are fixed to the wall, so there's absolutely no creaking noise. Lockers are also provided, which was reassuring."

"Excellent! This is the closest hotel to the ocean in Airlie Beach, and I was lucky enough to get a sea view room. It felt like I was surrounded by the sea from 270 degrees. The room was large and bright, which really boosted my mood. It's also very close to the main street. I actually prefer this quiet spot over the hotels on the main street, which can be quite noisy."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel, so the location was good. I organized a 2-day tour, and they came to pick me up at the nearby BIG4 hotel, so it was very convenient. The air conditioner in the first room I was given didn't work, so they changed my room right away. They were very kind and I would like to use them again."

"Before boarding the plane, I called the hotel to arrange for a pick-up. The front desk agreed to arrange it very quickly. After a while, I received a text message confirming the pick-up. After arriving, I didn't see the driver. I called the front desk to coordinate. Later, I saw the driver get on the car, and the front desk called to confirm. It was really responsible. The check-in procedure was very fast. The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews."
