Hotels near Shounji temple in Aizuwakamatsu

We visited Aizuwakamatsu at the national holiday weekend so there were limited options to us in this famous onsen town, Hagishiyama. We wanted a more modern hotel, and while the shots of the room look good on their website, the reality is that it is much smaller than I had expected. Though the room looked new, the bathroom was a disappointment, small and shabby. With two large beds in the room, that leaves little space for moving around. And they try hard to squeeze all essential items of an onsen hotel room into the smallest space possible, including placing the vanity unit in the living room opposite the sleeping platform, sharing space with a kettle and drinking water glasses. There is a shoe stand and a folding screen in-between the toilet and bathroom, which is hugely strange and inconvenient. Ours is a 12-tatami room, which I expect would be good for 3 people, but the reality is that it is so cramped that one would not want to spend much time in the room. Perhaps that’s the reason why the hotel provided a lot of public sitting areas. Yes, for guests to admire the magnificent view of the mountain stream, but also to stay out of the uncomfortable room. The room was a huge disappointment but there are some nice sides of the hotel. Dinner was really good; we had window seats facing the waterfall and the Aizu beef was very delicious. The public onsets, especially the outdoor ones, are nice, situated just next to the mountain stream. All in all, for the US680 I paid for three, it was not good value for money.

I will go to the Aizu picture candle festival and stay if I find a cheap and good hotel that can go on a day trip! It is a hotel that hit by that. It is a little far from Aizu Wakamatsu station, but the bus stop is close to both the hikara and Akabe of the tour bus, so it is quite convenient to stay while sightseeing Aizu Wakamatsu. You can walk to shichikamachi. I took off my shoes at the entrance in front of the front desk and changed my shoes to slippers, but there was a little uncomfortable feeling as a hotel, but coffee and tea were freely drunk in the room near the entrance I can feel worried about having a massage chair or a cartoon book. It was an out bus room, but the bathroom and toilet were in the room, so it was good. The bath for women was ２ and was so cool that I was able to lock and use it with my friend １ one by one. There are 3 washrooms in the same or slightly wide feeling as the bath in the house, but the shower is １, and there is a mold with a black point 々 in the hose part of the shower, so it is impossible for nervous people. Don't forget to take the towel from the room! There is a refrigerator in the room, but the outlet was not creeping and it was not cold. Or it feels protected from the heating in the room. Please be careful if you are used.

The service in Japan is really impeccable. The bus departing from Aizu Station is not at the nearest Higashiyama Onsen Station. The bus driver helped us contact the hotel, and the hotel’s shuttle bus came to pick us up. Although it was snowing that day, Feeling warm! The hotel’s hot spring is indoor and outdoor, and the toiletries are very complete and clean. There is snow floating outside and the outdoor hot spring ♨️ is really enjoyable. Regardless of management, hygiene, and the makeup of the service staff, this is a very good hotel!

At first, I thought that I was staying in the five-colored Sen room type and parked in the parking lot in front of the five-colored Sen. When I checked in, the receptionist interviewed by the food player at the counter (really cute ❤️ people are beautiful and kind) found that the mobile phone screen showed the farmer calendar and knew that it was Taiwanese. She is also a Taiwanese super caring, quickly and efficiently helped me check the data because I couldn't find the room key for a while, and suddenly realized that it was the accommodation of the magic cat from the palace. I found that we had too much luggage and were very heavy. We actually enthusiastically helped us pull the magic cat together and contacted the counter so that we could wait for it when we sat completely. The lobby is really beautiful. The room is also ～. There is also a magic cat from the palace. It is really intimate and comfortable. Unleashing tired and comfortable, soaking in the soup and blowing the wind, today is the beginning of vitality! Will stay again next time

Tajima when I noticed that I went to Akagi by solo bike touring (wandering). Decided here at the cheapest in Higashiyama Onsen on a famous travel site. Ashinomaki Onsen is closer, but it is difficult to secure meals in ashinomaki Onsen hot spring in the night before. Higashiyama Onsen is adjacent to the city, so it runs to Higashiyama Onsen hot spring to be troubled. The entrance of the hot spring was remembered immediately, but the location of the hotel? I found a sign with a ”moon light” at the entrance of the hot spring town, but even if I looked around, there was no signboard. It is far ahead when searching on the net again. If you put out a corner signboard, you want to display the abbreviation and distance. Yes. Check-in is smooth even in the net reservation just before. It was around 20 o'clock to dinner without seeing the room, but it was difficult to reach the ramen shop that searched again and found it was a corner in the downtown area, and it was difficult to reach even if the road guide search was done. The 550 yen soy sauce taste ramen was swallowed with an excellent product contrary to the price. I went to the city by motorcycle, so I couldn't drink and returned to the hotel. The parking lot across the road is unpaved, but it is safe to have a place without anxiety even in the motorcycle stand. The room is a hall with 16 tatami mats, and it is clear that it is ”out of the room” even if it looks at the facility from the price, but the bus is also a retro addition of the toilet. It was probably the cause of the ”inuki” that caused the worry of Nabe. The cleaning was well done and I was able to stretch my limbs and spend comfortably. Even if you don't go to the series bath, it is comfortable if the bath of the facility is empty. I think the amenities were substantial. It was a pity that the breakfast that others praised was omitted in relation to the plan. It is recommended for those who want to relax or disguise without entering the inn, and to make a trip to spread knowledge greedily. I can see that the price is suppressed and you can do it yourself, but you will not become poor, but I agree with it all. If you have another chance, I will consider using it.

Large, clean rooms and nice onsen with outdoor bath on the waterfall (be careful of the steps going down). But the attraction is Dinner On-the-Riverside-Waterfall! What a treat! The food paired with sake is delicious, and starting the appetizers before sunset & ending a great meal after dark was really remarkable experience. The fresh river air, total mountainside of solid trees, sitting at the upper section of the modern restaurant dangling our feet in the hot mineral-water Foot Bath is pure relaxation! Make sure your reservation is for half board (Japanese Dinner & Breakfast) ON THE RIVER @ Kawadoko (there are different meal plans).
