not recommended at all. Rooms are outdated (pictures on website don't reflect the actual situation). Breakfast is tastless. T.V. not working. The only positive thing is the receptionist Othman who is very nice and helpful.

They say it is a 3 star hotel, but I think it is a 2, maybe a 1 and a half star, hotel. The rooms are ok, but it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast stay, the first morning I went to get breakfast and it is such a poor open buffet, but 7:00 am they ran out of tea!! On another occasion, I went at 7:30 and some trays were literally empty! I was having my breakfast and just paused to have a few tea sips, when the waiter came to collect my plate, there was still food on my plate, I kept telling him I was not finished ‘in Turkish’ but it took him a minute to understand! Also, they need to clean, and I mean clean the rooms! The first night when I came back from our tour, they did not enter the room, it was the same, so no cleaning on my first day! The next day, I went to the reception and said ‘the room needs to be cleaned’ when I came back, the bed was made, yes, towels were changed, yes, but I don’t think there was any kind of cleaning, because the hair I left in the sink in the morning was still there. So they need to do a much better job. I forgot to mention the small curtain that does not cover the whole window. Won’t go there again.

it was very bad experience. Rooms doesnt have anything that shows in the website like mini bars.there isnt soap,glass,spoon,tissue box in the room. they didnt light up lamps in the corridors and one of our friends fell down and broke her hand in the darkness,but hotel stuff didnt care .

The room was fine but the bathroom was not ok at all, the shower floods to the room everytime you take a shower.

Hotel is absolutely not advisable to Stay It's dirty floor bed sheet towels u could see used towels inside the room poor service for any room request Internet is poorly provided bo connection Waiting to the reaction is quit long No Restirant but they only serve breakfast cheap selection and poor quantity

فندق جميل من الخارج مهجور من الداخل، الموقع ممتاز تحاط به مطاعم وكافيهات جيده وكذلك محلات وسوبر ماركت متوفر العديد منهم وكذلك كار فور،مطل على الشارع العام قريب جدا من جواهر مول ومن المواصلات العامه لكن من الداخل الفندق يحتاج لصيانة واعاده طلاء للجدران المتسخه المصاعد بطيئه التكيف خارج الغرف لا يوجد علب التعقيم بالممرات فارغه الاضاءه ضعيفه وبعض الادوار الاضاءه مغلقه لا يتم تغيير الشراشف بالغرفه فقط غطاء الوسائد يوضع للعائله فقط رول واحد ورق تواليت لا يوجد اي شامبو او معدات الاستحمام التنظيف اليومي للغرفه سيء حيث تجد الغبار واي بقع بالارض كما هي بالرغم من تقديم شكوى لسوء التنظيف الاضاءه جدا سيئه بالغرف بالنسبه للافطار اقل من عادي،وانواع الاجبان من النوع الرديء وكذلك المرتديلا الموظفون متعاونون ودودون ويتحدثون الانجليزيه

من اسواء الاوتيلات الي اتعملت معهم في حياتي رائحة كريها جدا جدا الكهرباء بتفصل كل اشوي او الخدمات ازبالة او الفطور سيء جدا لا ينصح به ولا تعمل زي العالم نظافة سفر من ابعد الاوتيلات على التجمعات الحمامة رائحتها كريها جدا جدا
