"This is my second time staying here. Last time, I had to check out early in the morning, so I couldn't have breakfast, but this time I was able to have breakfast. The rice they provide is from Akita Prefecture, so it was very delicious. You can eat it at the breakfast venue, and if it's full or you want to eat it slowly in your room, you can take it to your room in a pack, which was very helpful."
"The private room dinner was about 11 courses and we got tired of eating!! Super fresh seafood. The servers were super polite, Knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail despite the language limitations. The hot water is salty and soothing for the skin. Breakfast buffet had continental items; a plus."

"Very good, the service is particularly good. It is free to provide an umbrella for the rain outside. It is also very warm. The price is fair. The traffic is very convenient. There are many places to eat next to it. It is recommended to come."
"The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it."
"It's far from Akata Station, but there are large supermarkets and markets around the hotel, and a convenience store is right next to it.
There are few restaurants nearby. However, there is no place to have a quick meal.
The hotel staff are very friendly.
The hotel is old, so the cleanliness of the facilities and atmosphere are average.
But accommodation is cheap.
There is no separate parking fee and you can use nearby parking lots for free."
"I feel the oldness of the building, but it is clean
It was quiet and easy
There is a convenience store where I walked for about three minutes
I don't feel very inconvenient
Breakfast is delicious
I feel like the number of items is a little small.
I can't eat that much.
I was satisfied
"
"The people at the front desk were also polite.
The tavern was delicious.
There were many hot springs, and it was good, but I regret that I couldn't enter slowly ..."
"I stayed here the night before my son's tournament. It was clean, the bed was the perfect firmness, and the pillows had cushions that were just right for sleeping and relaxing, so I had a very comfortable stay.
The hotel staff also greeted me cheerfully and made my stay pleasant.
This time I went after work and arrived in the middle of the night...I also left early in the morning, so next time I'd like to stay a little longer without being rushed. I look forward to staying here again."

Excellent
RReef HuangIt takes about 10 minutes to walk from Akita Station to the hotel. There is a 7-11 and a restaurant on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat even if you arrive in Akita very late. Check-in on the second floor is very fast. There is a relaxing indoor fragrance, and the supplies are very conveniently located next to the counter. There is also Nyuto Onsen bathing powder that can be used for bathing in the room. The third floor is a large public bath, which gives another access card. There is a large hot pool, a cold water bath, and a Panorama sauna. It's really awesome! There are two massage chairs outside that you can use after taking a bath. The room is a little small, but it has a double bed, table and chairs, and a bathtub in the bathroom. It is the newest hotel to open, and the price is lower in the off-season, so the CP value is off the charts. I strongly recommend staying here when you come to Akita!
Before leaving, I went for a walk in the nearby Senaki Park. The air was good, the sunshine was bright, and the prices were cheap. I recommend everyone to visit Akita!
GGuest UserI booked two nights through Trip.com to see my family. I was very satisfied with the hotel and the excellent service.
The location was convenient for going out, but there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so I didn't have to go out in the cold at night and could relax in my room.
The breakfast was amazing, full of Akita flavors. It was also great that I could get takeout coffee. I was able to relax with my coffee until check-out.
There is only one drawback. The nightwear was a bathrobe type rather than pajamas, so it was cold from the knees down. I hope I'll wear pajamas next time I stay here.
와와사One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life (35+ years' travel life). All was perfect and I will recommend confidently this hotel to those who I know and plan to trip to Akita. Personally I decided to stay the hotels in Japan JR East is running and available in the places I plan to travel. Otsukaresamadesita to all that are working there.
NNekosukiThe location is very convenient, right next to JR Akita Station, close to the city’s tourist attractions. It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. But for some reason, the door of my room could not be closed normally, which made me very confused.
GGuest UserWhat an awesome Japanese Hotel ran by a beautiful Japanese family
Room was stellar and the outside bathroom slash hot tub was da bomb
A killer breakfast was included and it was your typical Japanese style breakfast that was cooked from the kind soul of the owners wife. Oh my this hotel made me so happy because it was not a corporate owned establishment if you know what I mean !!!!!! 10 out of 10
CChee Lan PhoebeThe hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem.
We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of
Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid.
However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip),
but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't
understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they
make one with the additional charge ?
GGangChuangThe hotel is very clean with excellent service. The view from the rooftop hot spring is amazing. The surrounding area is a blend of nature and modern culture, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
SSam MTClose to the Akita Station and many F&B outlets and grocery shops. Also within walking distance to Senshu Park and many museums. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is small but clean and functional. Great WiFi too. Highly recommended for a short stay.
CconstanceTop !! Chambres grandes et spacieuses, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Se situe pas loin de grands points de visite tout en restant assez calme pour pouvoir se reposer.
The average price for hotels in Akita is US$106 on weekdays, and US$125 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
