The hotel is not too far from the airport and after reading the reviews, weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel looks good from the entrance and the reception is clean and airy. Reception staff were helpful upon checking in and made us aware that the restaurant would be open later again for the late arrivals. Our room was clean and cleaned everyday as was the ‘public’ toilets etc. The entertainment team, especially Yosra ( the only female in the team) were all great and engaged children & adults. They encouraged everyone to join in and also took the time to speak to everyone. The restaurant was clean and the waiters were efficient. Eltyef was extremely helpful and an asset to them . The food was great the majority of the time but was a little samey. The downstairs bar day & evening waiters were great, enthusiastic and attentive. Thomas , Ala & Riadh were fabulous. I’d seen reviews saying that all staff were pushy for tips but we really weren’t pressured to do so although we did. They all worked hard to make our holiday a 5* experience. The only slight negative was that the lady touting for business for the spa and the lady hoping to sell perfumes were both pushy and therefore we chose not to buy goods or services. Yes some parts of the hotel are a little dated however this didn’t affect our enjoyment.

We came to relax with family and friends for 9 days. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious with a large balcony, with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful, always happy to help and chat. The food was just wonderful, a huge selection of everything your heart desires. A wonderful spa salon where you can do whatever treatments you want, a large jacuzzi and a hamam. We were there to celebrate the New Year and there was a wonderful performance and a chic dinner. My son had a birthday, which we also celebrated there, with great congratulations from the waiters. A very good team who entertained us every evening, danced with us, arranged dances for the children, held a show. Many thanks to them for helping to organize and hold the wedding of our friends. And yes, in the mornings there were also various yoga classes, aqua gymnastics. We were satisfied and left happy and rested. Thank you all very much. We miss you.❤️

Well, much much more then my expectations toward the value! Tunisia 5 star hotel is not equivalent to Dubai 5 star ,however the service we received is top ⭐ star! All the staff ,starting from housekeeping to management were working really hard to accommodate all our needs. We were group of 14 people and restaurant staff always made sure there is a table for us . Restaurant food was great , a lot of choices of meat and fish ,grill ,salads , desserts and most important very tasty! We spent new year eve there …,way over my expectations,starting from 7 course meal dishes ( everything was cooked and presented on top level), entertainment live music, fantastic! Hotel management ,entertainment team and chefs put a lots of effort for their guests for this New Year celebration Our room was cleaned on daily basis , hotel has own spa ,gym , indoor heated pool with jacuzzi , aqua aerobic , yoga and more other activities for kids . We visited ala carte Tunisian restaurant, also great food and service! All the staff were very kind and friendly and no one was forced to buy anything or give a tips . Regards to entertainment team …I am speechless.. Sabi and his team organised for us small wedding ceremony in the hotel. All our requests and wishes were promptly made! Hotel guests and our guests really enjoyed the festive atmosphere and Tunisian wedding traditions . Ones again, big thank you to hotel management, SABI, Marwan and all team for all their efforts

Amazing tasty food and different every day. All stuff friendly and helpfull. The rooms been clean spotless every day. If you bored or came alone the stuff will make sure you are happy and find anything to keep you busy. Animator team excellent, keep you kids busy, happy, safe. Also they make adults enjoy them holiday.

Worst experience ever ! We were a group of 4 families and booked this "5stars" hotel for Christmas and New Years Eve. When we first arrived at the hotel they have put us on the right side of the hotel which shouldnt be in use, its about the fact that its outdated like 50years but the smell and how dirty the carpets are are something difficult to describe . Not even the beds were clean when we got into the room. We went back to reception with sleepy and tired kids and all the luggage to find out they will not give us the room we paid for and that they only have 4 rooms renovated looking like the ones on website. They gave us a room in a basement with lets say a bit better conditions but the heating didnt work and when we woke up the following day we were all sick. Again back to reception to argue for an other room , I checked prices to just leave back home but was Christmas day and prices were just way too much. Also staff was so rude and arrogant from the receptionist to barmans. You need to tip them to get a free beer .. I wish they just shut it down and nobody else gets scammed like this THIS IS AN OUTDATED 2 STARS MAX HOTEL WHICH IS BEING PROMOTED AS 5 STARS. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !

First impressions of hotel was brilliant but definitely not 5star but the animation team especially (daly/hasni) was bery friendly and certainly gave us entertainment purposes while here for our week trip food wasnt to great but thats onoy because i am fussy to eat but there is a local restaurant called formula one that helped me with my needs for food to eat

The experience in this hotel was really lovely all the staff are very welcoming and friendly and it made the stay so much more enjoyable. The food was amazing!!! Chefs were all very informative if we wanted to know more info on any meals and the waiters were always helpful. The animation team were amazing especially Daly and Oussema! Everyone was very welcoming and had lots of energy even when it was out of season. There were lots of games and activities to play throughout the day and live entertainment at night! The spa was amazing it had a place where we could spend half an hour before our Hammam in a private salt water pool. Definitely recommend the spa! We were able to book excursions through the reception also which was a huge benefit and able to exchange money there too. There are nearby shops very close to the hotel and the best one was Ali baba shopping centre they are so nice in there! Good value for your money too! Hard Rock Cafe was also nearby!

Great hotel, amazing experience! I’ve read a lot of bad reviews before coming here but it was nothing like that. Room was super clean and spacious, friendly staff and the best animation team I’ve ever met!, especially Daly and Usama! Thanks guys! We made friends with them and we will definitely be coming back here! Great location with exit straight to the beach. Food was super tasty and fresh. Highly recommended

Hotel and its staff are amazing. Rooms are very spacious and clean, food good with a range of choices every day. Beach very accessible. Animation team offer lots of activities and fun. The green mint tea in the cafe in the courtyard is delicious. Made some good friends . We will definitely come back in the new year. Thank you to all the staff

I would like to make my first complaint, we are not happy with a hotel that we choose El Mouradi was 5 Star but in my opinion should be maximum 2.5 Star. I know is a bit different standard between European and African hotels but I am really disappointed because the room and bathroom was dirty, old carpets. Hotel need renovation. Also some hotels staff was very rude as well. I went to bar with my husband and request some drinks like mojito and whiskey with coke, barman told me you have to go outside and pick some mint because is run out. I felt discriminate by staff as well, one day I went to the bar with my other 2 friends and request 6 whiskey with coke the barman said we allowed to have only 1 drink in each because we are female,this is not acceptable! In the evening we couldn't have any drinks with alkohol because the bar was empty. When we had dinner I couldn't order a glass of wine because there was none left. I have raised the issue to the hotel manager and the lady said she will sort this matter out but she didn't. We choose an all-inclusive option to not worry about anything. In the hotel description this should be changed -alkohol is very limited and women are only allowed to have only 1 drink. Not only drinks was limited but also pancakes and donuts as well. They only allowed 2 per person, when I want to take another 2 for my husband the hotel staff didn't let me. We are really disappointed we have paid quite a lot of money for this hotel and we spend our money to buy some drinks which should be included in all-inclusive.

I really recommend SPA in this hotel ! Jalila and Saumaya are really good .They made my holiday more relaxing i went for californian massage pretty much every day ! My husband also ! Very nice atmosphere in SPA area and very good prices! Strongly recommend

Having just returned from a fantastic weeks holiday here I cannot fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Every single one of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (always a hello or a wave) they appreciate a tip but its not expected. Everyone was coming to say goodbye before we left. The rooms are basic but clean (could probably do with a refurb but its only a bed and a shower we wanted really) there was always plenty of choice with the food, I'm veggie and found something (just remember you are not in UK). The animation team have lots of activities and their dancing and energy is brilliant. Lots of choice for drinks, beer and white wine is good. Beer comes in smaller glasses so if you want bigger, take your own pint glass they will happily fill it up for you (same with water bottle). Pool was huge (quite cold but once in, it was lovely) plenty of sunbeds available. There is also a shop on site where you can get some crisps, a few souvenirs, cigarettes etc.. takes card but cash preferable. You can swap your money at the cashiers desk in the lobby, change a small amount at a time (£40 amounted to 158 DT) we were using 10DT for tips here and there. There is a cash machine in the lobby but it does break down so don't rely on it. There are people on site selling things too which we were unprepared for although we did buy There's a guy selling boat trips, jewellery (husband bought me a gorgeous necklace and matching rings with our names in Arabic) professional photos which were awesome and the guy is super lovely so look him up. All in all. I wouldn't hesitate to book at this hotel again.

It’s first time i come here to this hotel “ el mouradi palam marina “ i come here with my friend really i like every thing here , food is very delicious, weathers great, rooms its very cleaning, pool good , i like soo much animation team they are the best thing in this hotel , i like the show❤️❤️❤️❤️
