Loved this hotel made many friendships here the staff was friendly and accommodating and loved the pools” the beach the unlimited drinks and the club downstairs that was fun they had an excellent animation team that did dancing each night “very comfortable room with bath tub and cold air conditioning definitely will be back

Well first of all it's good for 3 stars hotel the prices are really nice the service is not too bad I loved being there and I can't wait to go back again ppl who works there are so nice and friendly and they will welcome you with open arms you might find some issues there and there but you will enjoy the activities and the shows hope every one enjoy club selima 👍🏼

The hotel is amazing full of fun and I really enjoyed staying at the el mouradi selima I enjoined the activities you might find issues like I did with the restaurant there is problem with thé dishes you wait a little bit to take one not always but most of the times and that’s all

The restaurant looks and smells like it's a school cafeteria (the food is disgusting) but the worst thing about it is the fact that you have to fight for that horrible food because there isn't enough of it for all the guests. You also have to fight for plates, glasses, forks... everything. People have to act like animals if they wanna eat They rarely have coca-cola, fanta and other normal soda's. The only thing you can always drink during day is black coffee ("there is no milk in the machine" they say) served in very small plastic cups and 3 kinds of powered soft drinks - all equally disgusting It often happens that, for example, they have beer but they don't have any glasses for it or they do have enough glasses but they don't have any beer left The rooms are shockingly dirty. Our sheets haven't been changed once, no one cleaned anything in our bathroom either, the floors were covered in sand when we arrived, there are ants everywhere and the mirrors look like they've never been washed in the entirety of their existence. I heard that there's a club somewhere in the hotel but it's closed - allegedly bc the air conditioning isn't working (why not fix it then?) The animators work hard and do their best to entertain the guests but the hotel never hired a band or anything like that so the overall entertainment is pretty repetitive and gets boring after a few days. The animators made a good program for the kids though - so at least they had fun The staff at the reception ignores all of your complaints. We didn't have towels and toilet paper in our room, and later the maid just randomly took the bedsheets we used as blankets without replacing them. We went to the reception many times to ask for these things and each and every time we got a disinterested "fine" response after which they did nothing about our very reasonable requests (we didn't ask to get a jacuzzi installed in our room, we politely asked for towels - a necessity that we shouldn't even have to ask for in the first place) Leaving tips doesn't make any difference Of course, there are no snacks or God forbid ice-cream at the beach. The hotel doesn't offer any beach towels either - thankfully we brought our own unlike many people who didn't because they wrongfully assumed that they're going to a normal "all inclusive" hotel The only good thing about this place is the beach and the sea itself but that's the beauty of nature, not the hotel The pools are nice as well, I'll give them that I'm not a princess, I didn't expect luxury but I didn't think I'd be hungry and have to beg the staff to give me toilet paper either The hotel management treats the guests like charity cases who paid nothing for their service: they give us a little food (as much as they have), a place to sleep and that's it The worst hotel I've ever stayed in

I had such a great time in the Hotel! Everyone was so nice and caring and the hotel was clean. I would especially thank the tall receptionist guy Amine, who answered all of my questions i had and helped me with tips and what to visit there. Also the animation team was entertaining and fun. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is very good ! The all staff very friendly . The hotel very clean and close to the sea . I am very faithful that i can be here . I was in the hotel many times and this hotel in my family . Every year i will come back to this hotel . I was satisfielf for everything . . The animator team are very good . The show was very spectacle every night . We thans of it Nouri ans Lotfi ! The waiters and the people of recepcion are very good ! Wahid and Djamila are the best ! And The guest relation women Alia ! I like this hotel very much . Sometimes are Better then 4.* 5 * hotel . I can propose this hotel for everybody .

From the moment we did check in, everybody was so kinde to us. The best staff, and animation team are young and smiling people, we felt like we are friends with them for a couple of years. But, also they are very proffesional. The rooms are older but very clean. Housekeeping was cleaning our room no matter what... we forgot our first 3 nights left the tipp, but our room was cleaned and EVERY DAY WE GOT FLOWERS🥰

This hotel is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in Tunisia Rude staff especially at reception Entertainment team not friendly Restaurant staff was good Cleaning lady was lovely The hotel is very dated should have less stars Be aware if you are all inclusive You have to pay for mattress for sun lounge which I have never had to do this in any hotel before it’s a joke Pool was good Food was ok especially the pizza

I was for 3 weeks there and everything is wonderful is my first holiday with my son in Salima reception : gently people . restaurant: food delicious and nice sweety with super pizza and all the staff in the service bar is also gently people . room service :daily cleaning . the place is for good relaxing animation team is super teams because every day new program show and gams ..... and not only for adults for kids too my son was happy because people are so nice and wonderful. this hotel have a magic secret if you come once you will come twice or maybe 10 time see you soon
