Just home after a brilliant 2 week stay at the El Mouradi. Excellent value for money hotel, although dated, the fantastic location and views make it a great place to stay. Located 30 minutes from the airport and just a 15 minutes walk from the stunning Port/Marina area the hotel is in a great position in the beautiful El Kantaoi area of Tunisia. The hotel has three pools, beautiful gardens and a beach front access. The hotel staff were truly fantastic and went above and beyond everyday to make our two weeks stay spectacular, including two Gala Dinners for Christmas & the New Year. The all inclusive package did include local alcohol which was a pleasant surprise as we had been told at booking it didn't. The animation team, the restaurant and bar staff are all fantastic and a credit to the hotel. They could not do enough to make us feel welcome and seemed to do the same for all guests.

Very nice hotel. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating! Went out the way to make you feel at home. The food was also to a very tasty, with meats such as prawns, beef, chicken, grilled Fish, tuna and more. You have two very big swimming pools outside and also the use of an indoor pool. There is gym access for an extra fee and you are in walking distance from the beach.

Back from this hotel Was lovely and quiet with it being Ramadan Hotel rooms bit out dated but who goes on holiday to spend all there time in room You can walk along the beach to the harbour don't bother with taxis it's about an hours walk Taking your time Paragliding was 100 tunsian dinar or 150 for 2 people and they take children up aswell or you can go up with instructor Hotel was kept nice and clean The hotel manager would come out at 3pm and sweep the full complex with dustpan and brush All staff very friendly Kids park needs a bit of work Quad biking was 200 tunsian dinar for 2 people pick up from harbour that was for hour half Food something for everybody if you don't try you never know if your going to like there cuisine 3rd time to tunsia now will be going back Next year for sons 18th birthday

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and friendly. The food is always hot and freshly prepared and very tasty! This was my first time visiting Tunisia, and it definitely won’t be my last, the entertainment team are outstanding and so friendly and attentive! Especially Zizzo, he made our stay comfortable and fun! Always coming to say hello and always had time to have a chat and talk with my son! I would definitely recommend this hotel over and over again!

Absolutely disgusting hotel. The room was vile - the toilet was leaking all over the floor, the bath handle was mouldy, the children’s ‘bed’ only had a bottom sheet - no sheet to cover and no pillows. When I removed my top sheet to give to my little boy, as we arrived at our room at 2am, my bottom sheet was covered in stains and marks. The towels were dirty too and there wasn’t any soap in the room at all. We were all inclusive and told that water was in the room but there was none there. When I asked for a bottle at reception (as the bar was closed due to the time) I was told I had to buy water. There were ants everywhere and even made it into our wash bags and suitcases even though they were closed. The Wi-Fi is terrible and only works intermittently if you are sitting in the reception area. The staff behind reception are rude and unhelpful. The balcony looked as though the room hadn’t been cleaned or used for some time either.
