Excellent hotel with great food available 24/7 (few hours excluded). Conveniently close to the beach, but slightly distant from the old city.

The hotel is clean, the food is edible, the spa is very clean, you can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The only thing I was not happy with at the hotel was the staff cleaning the rooms talking loudly to each other at 7:30 in the morning.

The top hotel features spotlessly clean facilities at all times. Food is available around the clock, ranging from Asian and Indian cuisine to delicious Italian pizza, chicken nuggets, and tasty mashed potatoes. The salad and dessert selections are impressive, and the bar operates 24/7, offering a diverse array of drinks. The private beach is the star of the show. The entire place is consistently immaculate, with pristine pools, stunning views, and well-organized rooms. The staff is exceptional. Overall, our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was my second time staying here (last came here with my son in 2023) This time I travelled with my husband (his first visit to Türkiye). Even better this time - it was well worth the wait x Lovely hotel, absolutely immaculate. The rooms were so clean and well maintained. All staff were brilliant and we have no complaints at all. The food was fantastic, and the al a carte restaurants were also good. Reception staff are so helpful especially India who helped us on a couple of occasions. The staff at the spa were great and I would totally recommend Kemal for a really good massage. I had a second session also. I would love to come back another time.

Amazing stay; staff are so good and happy to serve; food is amongst the best I’ve had at a hotel. I’ve worked in hotels before so I fully appreciate how hard it is to bring everything together at such a large scale. We had an accident in the bedroom by spilling coffee on the bed when my young child knocked the bed side table, this was quickly fixed and done with a smile which was such a relief. All staff were super friendly with my young son; constantly talking to him and making him laugh. The drinks were nice and the menu was huge, would 100% stay here again. Only downside was Jet2 changing our flight time and messing up our transfer. This though had nothing to do with the hotel. We also did the aquarium, the old town and the land of legends light show which the hotel had affordable and nice transfers where the driver was kind enough to give us a tour of Antalya and the football stadium and beach. 5/5 amazing stay Thanks again

Honestly, I didn't like the hotel very much, I thought it wasn't very spacious (it's not like in the photos). The hotel should not be classified as 5 stars, it has 3 or 4 at most, 5 not. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself, reasonable, could be improved more. The food is also reasonable, not impeccable for 5 star but also not so bad Now let's talk about the staff. From the reception, they don't know how to receive the new guest, not attentive, not hospitable. In the dining area it was full and there were tables that were not set up, and I sat in one of them and the waiter said that the area was not in use, so he wanted me to sit where? On the floor? If you know it's full of people, set up the tables available and free to sit. They don't give you the food opening hours.

Had to book into another hotel obviously at our own expense. Definitely not 5 Star, online pictures old, must have been taken when first opened. Rooms shabby, nothing in mini bar except 2 bottles of water per day, no entertainment, no Italian restaurant, no beach bar, bed uncomfortable, pillows very hard and lumpy, quilt very thin and didn’t fit the bed, no satellite tv 4 English news channels but nothing else in English, plenty German/Russian channels. Spar staff are constantly harassing holiday makers for business and don’t take no for an answer. Food is good, waiting/bar and cleaning staff are wonderful.

Hotel room cleaning is excellent. Ladies, forgot one time, I phoned up reception and immediately they came to clean the room. Brilliant receptionists really do take concern about the hotel guests requests ,very good. Absolutely spotless all over the hotel. Food is very varied. There are many times where you can eat food for example if you miss the 9 o’clock slot at the evening , you can have it at 11 if you’re plane is late. I like the way there’s so many different snacks outside. Exceptional waiter service You finish a plate of food and it’s whisked away before you can say abracadabra. Refills with drinks can’t say enough about this excellent service. Entertainment bingo very poor €18 a ticket only three groups played, cheap prizes. However, the entertainment was redeemed with the character quiz a great idea however players need a fair start to run to the quiz chair. There was some unfairness here ,this needs improvement. It is freezing cold in end of February just beware air-conditioning unit needs time to circulate the room. It will take at least two days for the walls to be heated in the room. You can ask for blankets yet you won’t have a great night maybe the first or second night but be patient. It just warm up and it’s a lovely warm room. Very difficult to find the beach so many different directions and routes to get there. Very good Wi-Fi connection network works very well, have to buy European plugs to charge the phone in the supermarket in the little market in the hotel a bit of quite expensive and there’s many charging plugs around the hotel reception area, but best to bring your own save yourself money. Nice little patisserie with nice little cakes not very good if you’re trying to go on a diet here!! Lots of cleaners that come round and sweep , the floor constantly immaculate. Lots of cats roaming around can cause hygiene issues but if you’re not a cat person, then this issue can be irritating. The phone in the room is a great idea and I have spoken to the reception on the phone for many issues and enquiries at the desk. Lovely shower , room always plenty of towels. No drawers for underwear and clothes , socks etc , all you have is a wardrobe but if your height compromised, this is unhelpful. Negative: in the gym there is no supervision and there were some young children climbing all over the equipment which is very concerning. Nobody is doing a health risk assessment for people to come in. Someone could get injured and there’s nobody around that could attend to the person, if you go to a gym in the UK, you get an induction. I like the books I think that’s a really good idea especially if you forget to bring your own books there’s a big shelf where you can borrow books to read that is a really good idea. What I think they need is a postal system at the reception. I think this would help people instead of going all the way round the supermarkets to find stamps. This was our first family holiday and we were very impressed. We had a lovely family room with 2 bedrooms and balcony for two adults and 5 children. We loved the beach restaurant the most, the food was decent. The desserts look better than they tasted. Sunbed situation was annoying, people leaving their towels out all day and most of the loungers facing the sun would get taken early. We preferred spending time at the beach where there were plenty of sunbeds. The kids club was ok albeit a little small but the staff were lovely. Good location near the beach. We did the nearby dolphin show which was good. Not much to do outside the resort but was good for our first family holiday.

Amazing category of the rooms. We were on our anniversary celebration Bosra from guest relations made an amazing effort by changing room as per our requirements and made a beautiful decoration arrangement in room which was a big surprise. Feyzi restaurant waiter in main restaurants also amazing person . He will greet you with smile and make sure you are satisfied with drinks and food requirements. Thanks Ramada team to make our stays a memorable one.

This hotel is a 4* and works very hard to accommodate and please their guests The reception staff were friendly polite and very helpful check in was swift with our cases taken to our room. Thankyou Food was plentiful plenty of options desserts amazing heard a lot of people complain about breakfast but hey it's turkey no pork (bacon) accept their customs. Food was served 24/7 you couldn't go hungry beware though if eating outside there is stray cats that come in waiting for people to feed them and they can be nasty I disturbed one under the table just sitting down and it bit me not hotels fault not their cats it's the people who feed and encourage them Hotel offered a nurse but I had cleaned it myself Cleanliness hotel was kept immaculate and our daily cleaner was amazing (room 2432) friendly always smiling and very helpful thankyou for the lovely towel art This hotel could benefit from a larger entertainment area inside for the winter months the leanto/conservatory type room was far to cold to watch entertainment Bars drinks local lager and any cocktail they could do even those not on the list premium drinks of course at an extra charge majority of staff were lovely special mention to Rifat who was amazing then the until We came across a very rude waitress when I complained the barman at the time said its her personality then she shouldn't be working frontline with guests Customer relations passed our complaint to management where she was reprimanded we were told hopefully future guests wont have to put up with her rudeness Unfortunately after that incident when her and her barman friend were working we received flat lager in wet glasses (drink pics before and after below) and made to feel uncomfortable we didn't deserve ger rudeness or the treatment afterwards by that barman Would be return unfortunately no never before have we come across this behaviour Don't be put off though this hotel would be lovely in the warmer months for solo couples and families Just remember to report to rep or hotels customer relations of any rudeness they are there to help

spent 9 days at this hotel as a family of 4 from the 19th of December to the 28th . Hotel was lovely & clean the staff worked so hard everyone one of them could not fault them. food was amazing & so much choice Italian restaurant was beautiful . our cleaner was lovely done such a fab job & would always say good morning to us . so just to say well done to all the staff for doing a fantastic job

I read some of the reviews before coming and thought maybe we should have booked elsewhere. I def shouldn't have worried From check in onwards our stay was amazing Staff were so very friendly and helpful Food was great, so many choices Would we return. Oh yes definitely. Everywhere so clean Our room was amazing Cocktails were delicious I honestly cannot fault the hotel or the staff Had wash and blow dry at the hairdressers twice. Only mistake we made was booking a massage off site 50 Euros and it was a basic massage.. Paid another 50 when there to upgrade to full body massage. It was a great massage tbh but they offer the same in the hotel for less money and no travel involved All in all we had a marvellous time and will def return next year

There are many positives about staying here! It is very clean and the staff at Guest Relations are so helpful and caring. My son hurt his arm on holiday and they helped us see a Doctor asap. The beach area is fantastic and more relaxing that the hotel pool area. The kids entertainment and entertainment in general is superb. We enjoyed the kids disco and magic show as well as taking part in the darts tournament in the day. We were a group of 8 and we all found the food quite bland. There was also limited vegetarian food apart from salads. The hotel itself can be quite noisy at night. I would recommend you asking to be in one of their blocks away from the pool area or the road if you find it hard to sleep with noise! Luckily the pharmacy down the road sells ear plugs! All in all we did have a lovely holiday and the hotel is brilliant for kids!
