Wherever I go in the hotel, I always run into Mr. Relic Jhan, and this has been the situation for many months as I've been staying at Rotana al ain for over 6 months; he is a tremendously hyperactive and super friendly manager whom I like how he deals with guests matters with genuine interest I personally never raised any issue to him, and he always solves it. Then we have the Zest staff; they are fantastic. They always booked my favorite table for my daily buffet with such a fantastic welcoming and heartful smile of Ege's at the entrance, outstanding leadership of Youssef, and having everything quickly provided by Ahmed and Eve. Then, my best place will be Min Zaman, the great Mr. Gaby, and his team. They are very friendly, relaxed, and funny. A shout out to Sayed and his tremendously great Turkish coffee, Asem, Kariem Rayan, John, and Nesreen. They always look out to provide me with all I might need during my daily evening stay at the restaurant and the 2 ****** knights, Shahdat and Hussien. They have a magic touch regarding ******; mine is pretty challenging to fix. Finally, I would like to thank the front office team for their unmatched level of support and excellent service from Nader to Hossam, Habib, Jeffery, and Loel under the leadership of Mr. Ayman. I never came across a hotel where I wanted to be thankful to that many people, yet here it is, all of you. You are super great, and God bless you all. I'm still staying at the hotel and will continue to enjoy my time with Mr. Relic Jhan's incredible team. See you All
