Al Ain Rotana

Well located hotel, relatively near most attractions in Al Ain. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.

This hotel came with the recommendation of our local HR Department. Being an experienced business traveller I have high standards and can see beyond the initial wow factors. There was external renovation being completed at the time but hotel cannot be criticised for that. Good view of the mountains and pool from 4th floor room. Quite a lot of families at the pool but careful observation and picking quieter times was easy to do. I now know that for guest picking suites or villas there is a separate, quieter pool. Trader Vics is a feature, as is the downstairs bar. Drinks are good value. Food a little on the expensive side. The key feature for me was the service from staff. Excellent. Will always go the extra mile.

Upon arrival, the Luis and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Assisting wi the your bags and anything else you require before entering the hotel. Once you enter the reception area, you are met with friendly staff who are interested in assisting you. A nice Arabic coffee to welcome you to the hotel is readily available. The hotel smells amazing and clean. The facilities and outdoor pool are very well maintained. Always clean and tidy. The pool staff are very friendly. A lifeguard named Christian was very kind to us. We had polite and friendly conversations with him. Food and drinks are of good quality. The chefs clearly take their time in preparing the food. Never have I been to a place where I have had no complaints about the food. In these big establishments, I’ve always found food to be a problem but not at Al Ain Rotana. The Moodz Sportsbar is a great feature with a pool table and darts to entertain guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The ability to watch English soccer while sipping on a cold one is really amazing. Ramzy and staff at moodz are really welcoming and accommodating. Every time I went there I was met with a friendly ‘hello’ by all staff. They take the time to get to know you and also have small conversations where possible. Making you feel comfortable and at ease. Elias and Shreshta really are good waiters who are always ready to serve you. Really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this for anyone looking for a fun filled evening with a good atmosphere and environment.

Amazing hotel that provides excellent service in all areas. The hotel is modern and the main entrance and rooms since the renovation are stunning. The staff in each of the food and drink outlets are fabulous and go above and beyond. The food is always delicious and service is always quick so big shoutout to Chef Marley. Would highly recommend if anyone is visiting al ain, planning a staycation or just looking for a night out.

It’s the best hotel in Al Ain! I like the hospitality and the kindness of all the staff, especially Kaleem! He was a great gentleman that ask us what we need and if we want anything he will be there and on time in evenings! It was a great journey I want to remember and keep going to Rotana Hotel every time that I want to visit Al Ain.

Awesome experience. Al Ajn offers a wonderful zoo including a safari and the nearby mountains. The Rotana hotel offers the perfect stay with very friendly and attentive staff and nice facilities! I definitely recommend it! The pool they have is also very nice for kids and families.
