A hotel with a perfect location, friendly people, great service and character. Right in the heart of Alaçatı. It has bright, very large rooms. We loved the breakfast. Ms. Birgül touched our hearts with her beautiful energy from the moment she welcomed us to the last minute. The price performance is also incredible. From now on, I will stay here every time I come to Alaçatı. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.

It was a hotel that made us feel like we were at home during our short 3-night holiday. The taste of the breakfasts made with warm friendly conversations was excellent. The hotel, which is within walking distance to everywhere in Alaçatı center, will be the first choice for our next holidays. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the comfort is at the highest level. A management approach free from commercial concerns. In short, it was perfect.

It is a boutique hotel built with care in the center of Alaçatı, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and attentive, the breakfast is sufficient, parking is very close, 2 minutes walking distance. If I were to go again, my choice would be Köstem.

We were very happy with our holiday. The hotel is very central and very clean. Mrs. Güler is a very friendly and helpful lady. We were given a very warm welcome and were given a brief overview of the location and information about the beaches. The staff is also super nice. Especially Ferhat and Zeynep. The hotel is in the center of Alaçatı. It has a large hall where you can sit and there are many beautiful antiques in this hall. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and also clean. The breakfast part is also very good. It has a big beautiful garden. The employees are good people. The hotel owner, Ms. Güler, is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. There is even a hotel painting exhibition :)

We stayed with my wife when we went for the herb festival. Ms. Güler may be the most elegant, kindest, sweetest hotel owner in the world. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, clean and convenient. It has a magnificent garden, having breakfast under the lemon tree is especially wonderful. The location is very nice, close to everywhere.

A mediocre hotel. There are no fly screens on the guillotine windows. The bathroom is not useful, water collects in the middle. Its advantageous aspect is that it is in the center of Alaçatı and its garden is very nice. A typical Greek stone house has been converted into a hotel.

Köstem Hotel is a hotel wrapped in traditional and original textures. It takes you to a magical environment with its decoration that touches on the art nouveau period with old and nostalgic items. The magnificent staircase leading from the hotel lobby to the second floor and the bar section are an interesting example of art nouveou. Having breakfast in the garden adorned with thousands of exotic plants leading from the lobby to the inner courtyard gives peace of mind. Especially the jams, cheeses and cakes carefully prepared by Ms. Güler allow you to have a pleasant breakfast. It has eleven rooms, furnished with old and well-maintained furniture, with a unique distinction and all kinds of comfort. Located in a central location, you can eat, drink and have fun among the chaotic and lively streets, and when you enter the hotel, you find yourself in a quiet and peaceful environment.
