Please read before booking. It was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The shower you had to wear sandals. Mold in the shower was the worst. The corners in the bathroom were filled with hair and dirt. The carpet was dirty. Someone left a hot iron on the floor and left a large burn mark in the carpet. The walls were filthy dirty, even the light switches. If I-75 wasn’t a parking lot, I would have left. My wife wanted to sleep in the truck instead. The bed was shockingly comfortable. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Wyndham should go on under cover boss and close this place down. I have another reservation in Fort Myers FL in May. If it’s a Wyndham property, I’m canceling it!

Front desk acts as though they don't understand English! No comforter just a thin blanket. No phone in room to even call front desk. Ice machine broken, chest freezer in lobby was mostly full of frozen together block and staff was zero help with my need. If it weren't medically necessary for us to stay close to Gainesville we would have left immediately after check in! This is not a comfortable place to stay, especially with a sick child that was getting ready for a hospital procedure!

Tried watching tv in the first room which we requested smoking. That room was fine except for the tv. Which was stuck on demo mode and no one knew how to change it. After going ton the office about 4 times in an 1 1/2 hrs. The lady behind the desk didn't seem to really care. All she wanted to do was move us to another room. Which we finally said ok just so we could watch tv but it was to a non-smoking. Which we had to take cause my husband is in a wheelchair and couldn't use the stairs. We will NOT be going to stay there again.

This property was dirty. Tv didn’t work. Linens didn’t look clean. Bathrooms were disgusting. We had 2 rooms and didn’t even stay the night.

This hotel served our needs perfectly. It was clean, quite, comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wished for a little more in offerings at breakfast, but it was filling and tasty, and staff gladly helped me with it. I was very pleased and grateful.

If it was $70 a night it would have been fine, but $200 a night was a lot for what we had.

The door handle came off as we were trying to leave. If there was a fire or medical emergency it could have been terrible. My husband finally got it open. A lamp had a bulb hanging by a wire with a broken lampshade, plaster coming down in the shower and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. I’m 73, never had a worse experience.

I don’t understand how this hotels are sponsored by ********** (*******) this place is horrible. The bed (both) are like box springs. Everything is falling apart. The stench of cigarettes in a no -smoking room is an insult specially for people who have respiratory issues. The lock was broken so u did like in the movies…I put a chair that had the arms destroyed The front desk was Mike he was behind a small slot thru a window. It was not even so late to have this type of check in. I paid $160!!!! The place should be closed, remodeled and then opened. Don’t stay here!
