it was a very bad hotel. cockroaches in the room, the cleaner didn't clean and the food was terrible. food every day the same, meanwhile, the ransom bubble burst and everything. the cleaner didn't clean, and he never dusts the table. Bed linen and towels were not changed

very poor. this is not a four star holiday. the food was basic. we had to paid for the safe , also the internet sunbeds and parasol. We changed our room the first day , this was better but we had a shower that flooded the bathroom every day. we would not go to this hotel again , whoever rates these hotels needs to change the rating .

Pleasant hotel and very nice staff. The receptionist is very friendly and kind. The kitchen in the hotels is great. The services provided in the hotel are very good. I have already visited it four times. I was very satisfied. I am going to use it next year as well.

On arrival the receptionist didn’t speak any English at all so couldn’t understand anything. We eventually got to our room which was dated and had 1 plug socket. We did complain but the receptionist told us to come back in morning. After we did come back in the morning the manager moved us straight away and dealt with the situation promptly. The day time manager was great and I do feel sorry for him as he will have to deal with many problems. The food wasn’t great at all, I ate mostly salad and pasta. The food is catered for more Germans and Turkish not British at all. The executive chef walks around the dinner hall looks proud as punch but I don’t know why as the food is not good. Definitely new chef needed. There isn’t any entertainment, one night there was a singer in the dinner hall randomly. I’m not sure if this is because it’s out of season there isn’t any. The alcohol in the inclusive is cheap and they do not offer premium spirits for a price. The bar staff seem over worked and can’t even pour a pint with a top on it. The massages are good and would recommend. The room was cleaned everyday however our sheets weren’t changed the whole 10 days we were there, we ended up changing them ourselves we got some from the cleaning cupboard. The location is great, on the sea front and there is a little sports bar outside which does good food and premium drinks- can be expensive. You can do a lot of activities at the beach- paragliding, jet skis etc. Overall it is somewhere to sleep, we did eat out a few times but if you like salad and pasta you’ll be okay. The manager during the day is a credit to the hotel and the catering staff in dining hall are very quick and efficient. The hotel needs a complete revamp and definitely a new chef! I would return to the area but unfortunately not this hotel.

The hotel is situated close to the beach and about a 1.5 km walk to the start of the main town and the cable car to the castle but there are many restaurants and shops on the way. It's just over 2km to the old town. The sea was warm but was full of very small bits if plastic. However, this was the same as we have experienced in Crete and Corfu in the past few years. The hotel beach (you need to pay for sunbeds) was sandy and pleasant apart from being covered in cigarette ends and discarded rubbish. This never seemed to be cleared up and the constant smell of cigarette smoke was annoying. Almost everyone seemed to smoke. Despite the Thomas Cook website stating that there was Wi-Fi, this was only available in reception (if you were lucky) and there was a 'per device' charge of £13 for our stay if you wanted it in the room. We paid for one device and simply used my phone as a 'hotspot' for my wife's phone and our tablets. However, I'm sure that the less technically aware end up paying a lot more. We arrived after midnight and were taken downstairs and into a very tiny and extremely old and tatty lift. Our double room consisted of two single beds despite booking a double. My wife was disappointed to tears. Not a great start. We did move rooms after 2 days to a much nicer room but there was only 1 power point which was on the far wall, nothing near the bed. Room was adequate. As we are fairly environmentally conscious, we weren't unhappy that the bedding wasn't changed every day, but not to be changed for our whole 9 days in the room was a surprise. Being close to the beach meant that sand in the room was inevitable despite taking our footwear off before entering. However, the floor in the room was never cleaned properly meaning the bed always had sand in it. We 'borrowed' a brush from the service trolley outside the room and swept the floor each day which proved the point. This was our first time 'all inclusive'. The breakfast was OK with a reasonable selection. Not suitable for everyone but adequate. However, there was no fruit apart from apples and rock hard plums, despite the area growing huge numbers of bananas. The fruit juice was all made from powder. There were usually oranges at lunchtime but I received a categoric NO when I asked for one with my breakfast. Lunch: good selection of salad. Although I don't eat salad for lunch, my wife did but along with several others staying there, ended up with diarrhea after 5 days. Not 100% sure it was the salad but apart from that, we ate the same food. Chicken was the main meat EVERY day along with meat balls and rather dry looking fish. This was served for both lunch and dinner and was rarely appetising. We ended up eating dinner every other day in one of the many restaurants locally. I got the feeling that chicken was pretty much served in most of the all inclusive hotels around as once, one waiter commented "so you're fed up with chicken then?". We didn't use the pool. There was no poolside shower s

The hotel was basic but it did the job, couldn’t fault the staff they couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was amazing with the sea view so no complaints there. The location is great and beach is beautiful. The food could be better in the hotel, we ate out most nights. Great holiday.

Please please read reviews and stay away!!!!! I give it 1 * deffo not a 4 I am not a snob but omg this was the worst hotel I have ever been too Staff rude as hell (along with one flirting with my 14 year old daughter knowing how old she was and just to add he told us he was 30. Calling her his girlfriend the whole holiday asking for her Instagram Food was disgusting noo vile some days gone hungry. No kids menu at all. Had chips one day out of 7, nuggets 2 days out of 7 and one of them days they weren't cooked. No food was labelled didn't have a clue what you was eating. No icecream in 7 days not even in the food part. What was left from lunch was back out for tea. Snacks haha what snacks there was a lady sat on the floor making cheese bread things the whole 7 days. Supper no supper after tea that was it. Not a single burger in sight for 7 days. Entertainment well what Is that U sat around the pool bar and that was it some nights there was no seats so had to sit on a sun bed to drink ya drink. The entertainment was a speaker that worked sometimes. At 11 all lights where off sat in dark while a lady come and cleaned the floor with a hose soaking you as she did it. 1 night out of 7 as you was in for evening meal they had a fashion show and a belly dancer (while eating your meal) Then on to the Rooms..... bedding not changed so *****ed bedding off and put on the floor, maids picked it up and put back on the bed 7 days with no clean bedding. Devastated. Rooms was not cleaned they gone in every day but not cleaned. After paying 2700 to come and with it being all inclusive did expect to have to eat out every day. And have to lend money just to get by. Never have I been to and all inclusive and come home and lost weight. Asked for a complaint form didn't get it and was blanked the rest of the holiday. Drinks was vile there was vodka (if u can call it that) whisky and some kind of gin and beer that was it. And soft drinks. Water slide for some reason turned off halfway through the day and took ages to put back on Last one my son is 9 and in a wheelchair the ramp to get up and down the hotel was silly I just got him up so for an adult good luck.
