Monart City Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

Arrived late evening to be given a run down room which was small and no where to hang dresses .out look old rundown apartments with washing hung from windows. Asked for a change and were moved next day at 2pm, which mean't we couldn't unpack.so we could't relax as we had to carry valuables with us. then room still had no room for dresses to be hung up. hung them on side of wardrobe. Beer was warm and flat. Food mediocre. not impressed with entertainment either. would not go to this hotel again.

Everything you need here ...food was lovely snack bar is more like a restaurant you order your food fresh ..home made burgers are lovely..open all-day till midnight..ice cream parlour and speciality coffee shop all included ...staff are all nice ...beach across a road at front with bar and sun lounger..sea a bit hard to get in need your beach shoes....lovely harbour view at night nice walk ...lovely new clean room .... entertainment most nights .. all-inclusive bar open till 12 ...drinks are nice .. thankyou for a lovely stay nanna and granddaughter..age 16

AMAZING Staff, great food, great atmosphere. Really good for young couples who want to explore. 2 great pools, bars next to it. Coctails were great. Not too far from center. a lot of shops around snacks and clothes. We got a massage and hamam it was wonderful. 10/10 Recomend❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another brilliant holiday this year was our 4th visit and the hotel has impressed once again. Hotel is very clean no insects were seen. Block 2 rooms refurbished and comfortable. Rooms kept clean showers were amazing very powerful and always hot water. Food was even better this year really tasty never got bored plenty to choose from. Chef stations excellent and this year newly added sweet stations good adition. Snack bar had new menu with added dishes the pizzas and burgers my favourite. Good selection of fruit and salads too. Beech staff very helpful the barman and life guard Kazim always there to help. All the staff were friendly and work very hard. The reception manager Ms Petek very helpful and accommodating. Only negative was the senior management who think there special never say hello sit around all day on their phones smoking and drinking tea. Evening dinner they get special treatment over the guess in the restaurant which does not seem fair when the restaurant is very busy and tables are hard to find. Would definitely consider returning sometime in the future.

Been to this hotel many times as we absolutely love it! All the staff are friendly and will accommodate you in any request, Petek in particular will go to great lengths with anything big or small. The rooms are just the right size and cleaned to a high standard every day. The balconys are small but for the length of time we spent sitting out, it didnt bother us. We noticed a big change in the food this year, it was delicious!!! They had chicken skewers/ wraps, boiled/mashed potatoes, a large selection of meat and veg, curry, rice, soup, salads, cheese selections, breads and the desserts were to die for. Every day there is something for all nationalities and even in the snack bar had a few new dishes added (Ps, the pizzas are THE BEST!!!) Make sure to try out the coffee in the new coffee machines. Every inch of the hotel is spotless and endlessly cleaned by an army of cleaners you will see all day every day. The sun beds are forbidden to be held by towels so it was great to get a sunbed at any time of the day - even on the hotels private beach across the road. Bob, Ali and Elvis at the pool bar serve up the greatest cocktails and they keep the pool area clean of empty glasses and ashtrays, we had some great laughs with them also, such a great bunch of guys. We have just returned and have already booked again for next year :)

Loved the main hotel beds very comfy clean and easy accessible. We also had a room in the other building which us accessed via the restaurant which is a bit of a pain, rooms OK beds are rock hard corridors could do with a upgrade. Staff was amazing especially the brown haired lady manager couldn't do enough for you. The off staff was a bit unapproachable didn't seem to smile. Only reason I gave average was the food. It seemed to cater for everyone but English unless u like eggs and toast for breakfast every morning. Snack bar nice but repetative again very friendly staff. The ice creams are beautiful my son made the most of them, staff very lovely. The staff work long hours and still manage to make u feel welcome whether that's am or late pm. Round the pool is very slippy when wet so be careful. I would go back but would eat meals out. The sea views from the main hotel rooms are out of this world. Not much room to hang close for a family of 3+

Absolutely loved our 10 day stay at monart city! From checking in to checking out we were made to feel welcome. Our rooms were lovely very comfortable and very clean, the views from the balcony were breath taking. Both pool areas were spotless and the sun loungers were comfortable and clean. We managed to eat really well in the main restaurant with a fairly descent choice of food that suited everyone and was very well presented, both the downstairs and the upstairs dining rooms were very clean. All of the staff work really hard to maintain the standards of this hotel and it really shows they are a credit to it. It was our first time in Alanya and thank you to the lovely staff at The Monart City Hotel we definitely be returning.

I really recommend this hotel! That was our first vacation in Turkey and we had choose this hotel for our stay. Food was delicious. Hotel staff was very nice and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned every day. The two swimming pools, the beach area and the sunbeds are clean and new.

The hotelroom was beautiful and comfortable. We choosed to do a massage and it was such a good experience we could fully enjoy it!! If you stay there you have to get a massage. Also the food was very nice even though we wished it was more various during our holiday. Most of the employees was helpful and friendly. We definitely come back!
