I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Great location, clean sea, very good service. I'd especially like to mention the receptionist, Irem, who helped me with all my questions. She helped me check in with a lot of luggage, found the quietest room, and offered a deposit option. She found the best solution to all my questions. Special thanks to the Alpay employee who helped me get to the airport when my rental car had a flat tire. Overall, unique service and a wonderful place to relax. I'll definitely come back again with family and friends.

I truly had an amazing experience at Ananea Kleopatra Beach. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from Büket, who also gave me a lovely tour of the hotel. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. A special mention as well to Berfin for the lovely conversations we shared. On the beach, I was wonderfully looked after by Gökhan, who always made sure I had a great spot and that my drink was never empty. I also really enjoyed our conversations. I was equally well taken care of by the entire team serving drinks, I lost count of how many Watermelon Mints and Magic Islands I enjoyed! A special thank you to Erman, Ilyas, Mert and Uğur, Sude, Efe for their great service. The food was excellent, always fresh, flavorful, and varied. I especially loved the combination of the open buffet and live cooking. It was such a pleasure to enjoy delicious meals and then relax at the beach bar. Many thanks to Öner and Salih. My room was always kept in perfect condition thanks to Fatma, and I absolutely loved the heart shaped towels The wellness center is also fantastic, and I highly recommend trying a massage. Aykut and Muhammed helped me choose the perfect treatment, and Santi truly has magical hands it was the perfect way to start and end my stay. Overall, this experience felt like stepping into an oasis I didn’t want to leave, thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. I will truly miss each and every one of you, and I will definitely be back!
