Time Square Boutique Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel, which is ideally located in the city centre, making travel and shopping very convenient. The staff attitude was excellent; everyone was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was well maintained throughout our stay. The buffet offered a good variety of tasty dishes, and the restaurant ambience was calm and welcoming. The Ayurvedic spa experience was relaxing and professionally managed, adding great value to the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and a good choice for both leisure and business travelers.

We had a suite, it was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge our devices. We had a couple of issues: the bathroom had a bit of unpleasant odor and the shower water never got hot enough the next morning, while it was fine the day we checked in. Check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Front desk answered all our questions satisfactorily. The included breakfast was adequate.

The room was modern, but a bit on the smaller side. There was a great restaurant next door, also easy to get a taxi since there were always several nearby. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and helped me arrange a discounted boat tour.

our family stayed at time square hotel for two days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience ,the staff were courteous and attentive making the stay comfortable , rooms are well maintained and beautiful ..kudos team time square ♥️

Good Atmosphere, cozy rooms, unforgettable moments. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are very helpful and energetic. The location is inthe heart of the city. I will surely recommend this hotel to family and friends and also it's worthy. ❤️🥰😍

Located right in the heart of the city/market.The staff are very friendly and caring.I truly appreciate the warm and immediate welcomed that we received upon arrival.The room was clean well laid out with sofa and chair.

Hotel is well located in the city centre. You'll need transportation to a) the beach b) area where to book backwater tours Many of the rooms do not have windows. The breakfast is 'local' and didn't look great. Staff were friendly to me and accommodating. Safe area. Hotel is set back from the street.
