Baymont by Wyndham Albany at Albany Mall

The staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful. THe lobby was lovely and welcoming, and our room was simple but clean and had what we needed for a short stay. It was a good deal for what we paid. Thank you!

The room was clean and perfectly quiet for much needed sleep. It’s perfectly located for food and was easy to find. The lady that checked me in was very nice and I wish I would’ve paid attention to her name.

The room was very clean and it was really quiet. The front desk staff was top notch, very friendly and professional. The hot water worked great and the ac was awesome. The only thing I could even suggest to fix was the bed was not comfortable at all but everything else was so good I would stay again

The staff was AMAZING, but unfortunately, my desk chair and shower were broken. Nice bed though

Quiet and felt safe! I did find hair on the towels and bathroom that was not mine.

The bed had me sore when I woke up.the ceiling had water spots on it and the bathroom had mold spots
