"Upon check in and check out took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk, but wasn’t a huge deal. It’s just nice to always see someone at the desk makes you feel like someone is always there and ready to help you in anyway, it more hospitable. They just check us in, we’re polite but not warm or friendly. Just felt they were there to do their job, not rude just not friendly. The headboards to the beds where roughed up a bit but other then that it was pretty clean. The wait staff in the pub was very nice! In all truth 175$ /night for a small town of a port Alberni and it being the middle of January…..eeee a little pricy. But it was what we needed, quiet, had a restaurant on site and a pool (we didn’t get a chance to use the pool so can not comment on that). I’ve worked in a few hotels in my life and this one was alright."

"Had an excellent stay at the newly brand Wildwoon Inn! Room was spacious, clean, cozy and featured a mini kitchenette, enough to cook a delicious pasta and breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located on the main street in Ukee, walking distance to most places. Would defiantly recommend and will defiantly be coming back again! "

"Took my partner here for her birthday and was throughly impressed with the hotels theme and service. Had a great time having drinks in the lounge with all the puppy dogs and then exploring in and around the hotel. Our room was delightful and we loved the lay out. The details of adding comic books and themed glass ware as well as appliances such as a retro fan and kettle really brought everything together. We loved that the hotel dared to be different. Would happily come back here again."
