Nice hotel, poor cleaning. They put toilette paper with difficulty, linen sheet and mattresses very dirty. We ask more time to clean the room but the never did it. Very happy for the nice outdoor pool.

Had a great stay at Majesty Alberobello!
Staff were friendly and helpful (Frederica was lovely). We had two rooms while there as we decided to extend our stay in alberobello after booking the first. Staff were very accomodating. First one came with breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choice; what you would expect from a business hotel. Basic but satisfying. Reasonably priced, as were the rooms themselves (though we were there off-peak [mid-september]).
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; our second room had a huge balcony to ourselves.
Plenty of towels and bathroom products provided.
Great swimming pool, which we had to ourselves for our stay. Pool private from passers-by and surrounded by deck chairs and sun beds (the comfy kind!).
Parking was free and directly in front of hotel (underground parking available for a fee).
Snacks and drinks in fridge provided (although not free, but fairly priced).
The location of the hotel is great; far enough out of town to be quiet at night, but only a ~10 minute walk away from the beautiful and famous trullis district.
Only a few gripes:
We were told in booking confirmation email that check-in time was 15.00 but when we got there we were told it was 16.00.
Shame that the pool was only available for a portion of the day (09.00-18.00).
It was stated that guests couldn't use room towels for the pool, and had to pay €8 to rent a pool towel (fortunately we brought out own).

My daughter’s room was right next to the lobby and the next day they upgraded her to a better room.
The included breakfast was outstanding, the pool was clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value!

Fantastic restaurant, food and service of top Quality. Two evening dinners, twice a great experience .The ravioli and the Irish beef, top ... The relaxed and friendly service are of sort that make vacations great.

Rich and excellent breakfast, modern rooms. Very near to city centre provided that is not in the trulli area. Walking distance from Trulli. Reccomended park booking garage. We love to see once swimming pool is open, loooks fantastic!

our room with a view of a wall and the emergency staircase bathroom without storage, to take the shower you have to step over the bathtub MEAL and SERVICE: a disaster, the ingredients are put in bulk on the plate no taste, dessert served in a plastic bowl with plastic spoon as for the water glass it is made of cardboard. Deplorable service with trolley in the restaurant room. the only positive point is its location

Structure a few steps from the center of Alberobello, comfortable and well cleaned room. The breakfast room/restaurant has a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The pool is well maintained and all spaces are clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind and available to take charge of all customer requests. At the reception, Mr. Dorel is in particular empathic, friendly, sociable, welcoming, very professional and very attentive to customer needs. He helped make our stay in the hotel a pleasant one.

Hi, very bad experience. Very small and very dirty room, stained bedspread, crumpled sheets, bathroom full of hair, taps dirty with limescale, bottle of shower gel (we don't know whose) still open in the shower. I asked for my room to be cleaned or changed, they only changed the bedspread (pretending they hadn't found any stains, under my insistence they admitted it), but the bathroom was still very dirty and the floor full of dust and hair. Under my constant insistence they proceeded to clean the bathroom as well, continuing to leave the bottle of shower gel still open in the shower. The shower knobs didn't mix the water but disassembled while remaining in your hand. In the hall cobwebs and spiders everywhere ..... total disgust. Highly recommended, don't be fooled by appearances. I will never go there again. My room was 212. N.B. I was traveling with a local travel agency, which I obviously made aware of.
