All very good .. hotel although a bit dated, has a great location (10 minutes walk to the center of Alberobello) and great breakfast. There is also the parking lot with white *****es in front

Friendly and helpful staff, abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Quiet hotel and excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the center. Excellent cleaning with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Slightly small rooms but for the value for money it fits!

Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Douche sale et vieillissante. Chambre propre a la deco ancienne. Petit déjeuner simple. Quelques aliments n'étaient pas très dont le Miel qui était tout dur. Aucun service.
L'employe de nuit nous prenait de haut.
Je lui ai demandé une bouteille d'eau pour qu'il l'apporte dans la chambre il m'a dit "TU DESCENDS".
J'ai été obligé de venir le chercher dehors sur les marches pour qu'il me prête attention.
Aucune compensation du au desagrement,
mise à part les taxes de ville offertes.
Je vous deconseille cet hotel, il y a mieux ailleurs.

This hotel is centrally located in a beautiful city, next to the train station and within walking distance of all those trulli, a magnificent cathedral and the main touristy part of town where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars. Despite this being an UNESCO World Heritage Site and at the height of the tourist season, it was not especially busy. The Astoria hotel service was exceptional throughout my stay. There were issues with the internet initially but those were quickly fixed by Franchesco, the irrepressible front desk attendant who also poured me a great glass of red at their bar. His help didn't stop there - he helped me with printing my boarding pass and showing me the locations of everything I needed to see. Thank you. The breakfast the next day was outstanding with fruits, cereal, pies, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and various other goodies. This place was really good value.

Originally I had a room that was very cold, but they changed it without problems to a warmer one.
Every sight is within walking distance.

The best accommodations I have had yet in Italy and Ive been here a month. The personal attention to giving directions, rven leaving my breakfast in my room when I was out on an earl appointment!

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent location, parking is limited but the friendly front desk helped us finding a spot, breakfast was also good. Lots of restaurants in the area
