Apartment no. 40 top floor 4 flights of 8 stairs, sea view Last minute 2 night stay location short walk to the beach and the *****, 2 single beds, decent size TV (if needed) kitchenette small but has what you need (has small cups, I need a decent size mug of tea in the morning) also came with washing up kit, sponge cloth and washing up liquid Bathroom, has complimentary hand gel and shower gel (empty) stall, laundry basket very large mirror plus a close up shaving mirror, 2 small bath towels, 2 hand towels and bath mat, hair dryer ( didn't use it) £25 per night (march 9th & 10th) , bad points : only 3 pillows and thin bedding no blankets in room air conditioner need a good clean and rooms need repainting(paint around air con and fireplace flaking off) shower gel was empty

Lovely staff, really friendly. Great location. Near the beach but also near the *****! Bit noisy with some stag parties but we didn’t get disturbed at night. Beds not that comfortable. For a 3 night break was fine. Breakfast not great. Continental, very basic. Better than nothing.

Great place. amazing location, staff very friendly, clean room. There are some noise outside but that’s the drunk people fault who screams, not the hotel. Really recommend this place

The room we were in had black mold and was unhealthy. Reported this to front desk and they changed our room but new room also had mold in bedroom

Good hotel with a fantastic cooked to order breakfast. Location is on a steep hillside so walking back up to the hotel is difficult and recommend doing a BOLT or UBER. Property is older but very well maintained.

Room was great, very clean. Only faults for me was changing lights emissions from video screen on wall of hotel opposite projecting through curtain and a low frequency hum I believe came from the fuse box, which disturbed my sleep. Other than that it was grand for my needs.

Spent 2wks here in top (3rd) floor, sea view, s/c studio flat, with breakfast, room 15. Check-in fast and friendly. Breakfast basic but adequate, not busy as out of season although would imagine needs constant topping up in summer. Studio small but cozy. Kitchen area had everything needed equipment wise if needing to cook. Balcony with table/chairs, south facing sea view, so got the sun all day. Settee doubled up as bed mattress obviously well used. When lying down, could feel the springs which made it a bit uncomfortable, but just about got through the 2 wks ok. Lovely beach 100yds down road and 100yds the other way to pubs/restaurants etc and local buses. Plenty of hot water for showers and towel change if required every 2/3 days. Sheets were changed once (as expected) but on the 4th day, not after 1wk which i thought was strange. Had storm 1st week and a noisy neighbour (always 1 wherever you go!) returning at 3am for 2 days 2nd week, but overall enjoyed my time here and would consider returning perhaps in May or October time.
