Ok this is going to confuse anyone trying to book reading the reviews. I was very apprehensive after i read the reviews, however i have had a very good experience. Bilal at the desk was very helpful, friendly and had lots of useful tips. I felt the hotel looked as it did on the pictures, my room was very modern, comfortable massive bed, tasteful decor and clean. Honestly i would stay again. The location was perfect 5 minute walk from the *****, but quiet enough that you can sleep peacefully. Airconditioning, housekeeping, towels, wifi and smart tv all good! The only drawback i would say is the fake grass is nit laid properly, and the shower pressure is weak.

Don't let the photos fool you there must of been taken when it 1st opened. It is so run down & filthy staff not interested in Yr care or comfort. Cleaning is a joke. All there did was shot you some towels in & pulled out the bin liners. No sweeping or mopping. Fake grass were your lounges are we're covered in rubbish . Fag butt's. Bottle tops .tissues. don't waste Yr money. Shop around area. Blood on pillow case's shower as no shelf for soap or other products. Also as a glass wall into bedroom so no privacy when in shower or using toliet. Shower doesn't drain so always as water in which becomes very slippery after using shampoos ect. Everything is stained. Top step as slab missing so very dangerous. Lift wasn't working so not good if you have a medical condition as myself & husband did .so having to carry 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The top one missing was very dangerous. Marks on walls lack of kitchen facilities. Kitchen cupboards scratch the ceiling when trying to open them .sewage smell in bathroom. Sink is loose. Headboards marked of peoples heads list is endless . I've enclosed photos plz take a look holidays are not cheap & to been shown the photos on there site is not a true likeness. 🙄

A stunning apartment with the pool at our feet. We had one of the ground floor apartments which brings you straight out to the pool. Apartments above have a balcony and sunbathing area. These apartments are beautiful. With a huge bed. Extremely comfortable and clean. We highly recommend staying here. Please note there is a kitchen but no kettle but reception are open 9am onwards for coffee at 1 euro each. Or a cafe just around the corner (2/3 min walk) that open early and are very cheap.

On arrival met with a receptionist who spoke zero English and told could not check in till 4 pm couldn't even explain to us where we could go to find shops etc , rooms are basic but spacious however our room was FREEZING we had to walk around with fluffy jumpers and even wear them to bed we rarely had hot water and the shower was difficult to work out and i got sprayed in the eye , the perks were the safe were not chargeable and when we eventually worked out the heater the room was much more comfortable, sadly the beds were rock hard and for someone with back problems this left me in agony DAILY the pool was FREEZING expected for this time of year though walking around it's VERY. Clear that the renovation has been cheaply and poorly done with many parts falling apart and mould in virtually every room on one part of the building the actually roof had fallen down exposing the chipboard flooring above room has barely enough cups however did have microwave toaster etc cleaners were useless to be honest rubbish left in the wardrobe when we arrived and our room was never once cleaned however clean towels dropped in daily balcony was disappointing as we were the only partner in the row not to have table and chairs out there bathroom window constantly opened itself meaning our room has been UNBAREABLY cold to the point it was warmer to go outside than stay in our room, the hotel does not tell you that you are aloud to use the pool next door which is marginally warmer than the artic one we had hot water is cut of at a set point daily meaning if you want an evening shower or wash your face you have no chance, in terms of cutlery etc we had two tea cups and a wine glass hardly what you expect to see also there has been clear burn damage from previous guests leaving concern on our part that we will be charged for this uncomfortable having staff who do not speak English as left us feeling like we could not raise our issues as he just looks at you blankly when arriving we had 8 hours to wait around and he could not even tell us where the closest restaurant was absolutely ridiculous considering he is in a tourist area and naturally tourists don't know where things are ! Would come back to this area would i come back to this hotel? Probably not if i wanted to be freezing cold in my room i would stayed at home and safed myself the holiday cost it's been an absolute joke how cold our room is and for me ruined part of this experience bring Multiple COATS

Everyone’s very dramatic, you’re paying for what you get, very modern rooms and quiet around the pool which is nice , staff are friendly.Very close to the ***** and restaurants.In general well worth the money and we will be coming back !!!!!!!

Very good value for the price and good location with friendly staff. However, aircon/heating did not work. There was no shower gel provided and the cleaning was done very lazily - the only time it was, the 'cleaning' consisted of giving us new towels and half making the bed.

I visited this Apartment on the 26th of December for New Years, Unfortunately I found this on Love holidays and was not aware about all of the bad reviews until I had already paid and booked. I was very skeptical about staying here once I did see, and I must say that the reviews did not lie at all. When we arrived at the apartment the check in process was slow and unorganized, you are asked to find your confirmation email, forward the email to the hotel so that they are able to print it (incompetent). We were then shown to our apartment room which had a dead squashed spider on the ceiling, yellow stains still on the floor and on our pillows, we asked the cleaners to change it and they simply flipped the sheets to the other side...The hygiene in this place is outrageous, the bed sheets are changed every 5 days bearing in mind we had a 7 day stay. The towels are changed every other day, and when the cleaners come to 'clean' which is also every other day they simply change towels, sweep and mop the floor that is all. There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go to reception for any minor inconvenience and after 6pm there is no one at the reception desk, making it impossible to ask for assistance. We had multiple issues with our heater blowing out humid air with a nasty moldy smell, when I asked the Indian man at reception for assistance he told me to wait 20mins, then he did not even bother coming to our room to try to help. I would never recommend staying here, the apartment is outdated and needs a renovation and the staff are nonchalant and could not care about anything other than turning up to work and getting paid. If I could give this apartment 0 stars I really would. If you decide to go here after reading all of these reviews then honestly its on you.. you've been warned!!

Just back from a Christmas/New Year break. I think it was pretty good value for money but there is room for some improvement.Small things like no shower gell in the dispensers ( despite asking) . No power one morning,,this was rectified but they disabled the air con. Liked the room but you could tell the work had been rushed on the finishing but I have better things to do than be that picky.The grounds could do with a bit of **** spraying / tidying etc but once again not a major problem. The location is convenient for the ***** and there is a brilliant bakery round the corner with a nice coffee shop attached.Found a superb curry house just round the corner too.

It looks the part but the place was built on a budget and shortcuts were taken. On our second day our apartment started leaking through the roof, then we got moved to a different apartment and it started leaking. Aircon / heater wouldn’t work. Room service only came once during our stay. Construction noise woke us up every morning.
