Just got back from a four night stay at this hotel. The hotel was situated close to all bars, restaurants etc. The rooms were basic, there's no balcony and no bar. We booked two rooms, the air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms so Fernando, (the guy on the front desk) moved them into a different room for one night til this was fixed. Which meant they were waiting around the next day for this to be done. The key card stopped working a few times, which resulted in a member of staff kicking our door, trying to get it to work. Fernando was lovely and tried to sort things out for us. Lots of noise at night, especially doors slamming, so sleep was limited. Pool area small with about 10 sun loungers, we never used it, we opted to go to the beach instead. The breakfast was fine, you'd find something to eat. The hotel was situated at the top of hill so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Would not stay at this hotel again, we called it Faulty Towers! Couldn't wait to come home.
