Such polite staff and very helpful always smiling. Rooms are perfectly adequate and sizeable. The amenities are terrific with a fun and large pool area which is clean and gets lots of sun year round

Where do I start, booked a deluxe family room for 5 days for myself , husband and son 28 with DS. Arrived to say we were upgraded to one bedroom . On reviewing room , it was not a one bedroom but what looked like a smaller studio . I complained and was advised that the room i booked wouldn’t be available until next day to view or to change. Bear in mind I’ve a son with special needs so I was only here for 5 days, I couldn’t keep changing him. I decided to stay but when I looked at rooms both side of me they were a lot bigger than our ‘upgrade’ my husband has bites all over his back, ants all over balcony and no English speaking channels despite guarantee from reception that it was a prob thru all MGM hotels , but for 5 days it never came back. . Also we were asked for a 100€ deposit in case of damages, I wonder what damage one could do . Property so dated and in need of repair, couldn't justify a 100€ deposit.

Good stay, but probably won't return. The heating wasn't working properly in our room which was annoying but luckily there were large blankets available in the wardrobe. The room decor looks very old and outdated. Beds were comfortable. Pool was ice cold so I don't think it's heated. Reception desk isn't the prettiest but otherwise, staff seemed nice. I will probably stay in their sister hotel as it looks like it had more of an atmosphere

We have stayed here many times because the staff are friendly, welcoming polite and highly attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and they do all they can to make our stay perfect every time. The rooms are spacious, they are a bit dated decor wise, but are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The Aircon is good and the rooms have a large fridge, microwave and cooker. The public areas are spacious and cool and there are loads of seating areas around the foyer and the indoor fountain. The rooms have a free to use safe and ample shower gel/shampoo and loo roll are provided. The hotel has a beets reasonably priced supermarket right next door. Also a free parking area right outside. The hotel is at the top of a hill that you can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the *****. The hotel prices are very reasonable and with the great location, excellent staff and clean rooms it’s a perfect choice for us.

I want to start off in saying. I have no idea what the bad reviews are for. Okay yes some things are a little dated but they are all over it seems. I found the staff amazing ! They had no hesitation to help myself, transport, getting WiFi for my phone as it wasn't working at all, storing items, helping with my toddler when they saw I was struggling etc. Because of staff we never lost anything other than the airport. They were brilliant! The food was very standard but we still ate lots and enjoyed ! Would have rather have had an early breakfast start but that was okay still. Our room, we were in block E and it was such a beautiful view of the beach! The cleaners were so lovely. They are everywhere so they helped with how to use the shower, they even saw my toddler dropped her toy and went down 2 flights to get without hesitation. Always cleaned, we were given towel only on the last day but we had some anyways. Nice warm showers and the room was nice and warm for the night. There are alot of steps but if you can find your lift, it's not too bad. Entertainment was a little lacking but we had the most of it by making friends. We didn't go out as I soloed with a toddler and heard the ***** was a little much but did go to the hangover bar where they also were so lovely, friendly and also nice and cheap! The little corner shop there tried to sell me fags for 8 euros when could get 4 euros etc so I didn't buy any there so may watch out there but otherwised, a lovely hotel etc. Pool was cold but if it was nicer weather it would have been great. Still had alot of people sunbathing. We at least dipped in with a few people. Loved that we could use the hot tub as I thought it may have been for people who paid or was in some people's rooms but was by the pool. The beach is literally a 3 min walk away even with a toddler. We did go on trips and transfers were so knowledgeable, funny and fast. Always friendly when they saw us at the hotel. My phone even died and thankfully they gave me a number to make sure to get someone else to contact them. Was very smooth sailing. Thank you for my stay! Already have the holiday blues.

What can I say I booked the room six months ago when for £356 for a supervisor gold room now most of the hotel has a great view All we got was a car park and was charged £373.00 plus €100 deposit I know it’s not much but it’s annoying they can so I complained and after a while after serving every body that came in before me they said they have one on the fourth floor but it’s smaller than the one I ordered but had a great view so we said ok they said the deposit will not be taken unless any damage but they have taken it out of my account funny feeling will not be getting that back

The location is good, with a grocery store downstairs and many food options and entertainment within walking distance. The beach was aprox .5 mile walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ammenities in the room were modest but enough to have a comfortable stay. The bed itself was just ok but the bedding made it more comfortable. We had a room overlooking the street with a small view. It was not to loud for us, I like to people watch on the balcony. I would stay again.

We visited this hotel as a last minute New Year get away. Disappointed with this hotel we had a room with a view of the car park, broken doors and cracked tiles in the room to very noisy corridors throughout the night.

Although the hotel is clean and adequate, beds are uncomfortable. All inclusive isn't available at the hotel and so have to walk to a sister hotel, where we were told that as we weren't staying at their hotel our options are limited. So out of 16 bars and restaurants we had 1 restaurant and 1 bar we could visit. Tea not available at the bar as they have no milk despite large sign saying available at the ocean bar, no changing facilities as nit staying at the main hotel. Told we couldn't use the indoor pool as we were staying at a sister hotel and would be charged for usage. All staff contradict each other saying facilities are available when they're not. Shuttle available to and from sister hotel but not until 1pm, and ends at 10pm. So walking is necessary, not suitable for those with mobility issues at all. Food ok but bland or full of salt
