Smooth check in and out process, the apartment is spacious but a bit dated, overall good value for money.

Very nice. The apartments may be a little outdated, but the cleanliness is beyond reprieve! They come in every day to do maintenance. It's a quiet place, with no noise at night. We have to drive, but in Albufeira, to escape the hustle and bustle, it's ideal. We've been there before and will be back.😊

The flat is a bit old but relatively good, it was clean and smelled good. There is no washing machine or microwave. The Jacuzzi did not work on my days of stay, which were Saturday and Sunday. The sauna is charged at 8 euros per hour which makes it abusive, so I didn't use it. The entrance to the building looks well preserved but inside everything is old. The bar next to reception is not open. The location is not the best but if you walk for 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car you will reach the Albufeira Terrace shopping mall.

I would just improve the gym space, both in terms of cleanliness and the quantity and quality of the machines.

Old but well-maintained facilities, cleaned daily. Pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Muy buena atención tanto en recepción, como en el bar y en el coffee store del desayuno. Las instalaciones muy bien, limpio y con cocina equipada. Muy linda vista desde la habitación.

Ha ido todo muy bien, perfecto. Apartamento grande, reformado (pintado) e con todo lo básico.

Location is very outside of the town. Front desk staff, the girl we always ended up dealing with was not helpful at all, there was a young guy there that deemed more willing to help that i tried to get once or twice. Food was nice and bar staff were lovely. Very little every day items in the shop. Apartment: we were in a 2 bed, decor very out dated, marks on the floor that clearly had been there for years, chips out of the tiles, the sliding door leading to the tiny balcony is ready to blow right out off the hinges. Beds are literally like rocks Overall there is alot of maintenance works that needs to be done. I am aware the place is cheaper but its still expensive enough the least one could expect is to sleep without the rattling of the door and on a comfortable bed.

We did the Booking from *********** and this time we were really disappointed because we weren't clearly informed about the deposit we have to do in check-in. There was nothing mentioned while we did booking and we did the deposit of 400€(100€ per person) and we realised it was not mandatory for everyone.They weren't asking deposit for portugues people and some other.So should we take this as a racial discrimination? And they also wanted the deposit in cash . So how can we get prepared about the deposit if we weren't informed before clearly . They said the previous day we can have buffet breakfast for 13€ per person and when we went next morning...the guy said buffet breakfast is not for you ..if we want something we have to order something else ;) It was really rude But Rooms were clean ,And price worthy but they really neet to update about this deposit information

Had a great time; the staff were lovely, the room was comfortable, and everything we needed was there. My son and I had no problems, and if I go back to Albuferia, I would stay there again without a doubt.

I stayed here with my daughters the middle of March to the start of April. We had a lovely holiday, the grounds were well maintained, we loved the indoor pool and hot tub! It was very quiet as we were very early in the season but the lounge bar and poolside bar opened before we left and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, the breakfast was good and the on-site shop was very reasonable 😊 We used Uber eats at night and they delivered groceries daily to us too, u can get up to €15 euro off €25 in several of the grocery stores with Uber one so this was brilliant 🤩 We used bolt for taxis and we got to everywhere locally for between €3/4. There’s a great Japanese all you can eat buffet restaurant close to the New Town that was exceptional, we went there twice and had a toddler and they couldn’t have been nicer, very welcoming and made a fuss of the baby and the food was top class 💯 Zoo marine was approx €10 each way in a bolt and we went there 2 days, the second day was only €12 each, we would have went back for a 2nd day full price it was so good! Overall we had a lovely holiday, we didn’t have a cleaner as we booked a private apt within the hotel, we had lots of extras in our apt so l can’t speak for the rooms but the facilities were great for the price I paid.

Came on my hen do, the hotel require £100 deposit each which we got back when we left. I had left money in my bedroom and the cleaners had been in and stolen €250. They had also been looking in my friends suitcases in a different room moving things around. It was also dirty with poo on the walls. AVOID
