Run down property. Night staff sits and does nothing.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and was truly impressed. The property has been newly renovated and everything feels fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable during the stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. From check-in to any questions we had during our stay, the team went out of their way to make sure everything was seamless. The combination of the updated facilities and the friendly, professional service made this a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent spot to rest my head. Upon arrival, I was impressed with Alex at the front desk. Despite issues with my employer’s reservation with the establishment, Alex was able to trouble shoot and problem solve. The rest of the property’s staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are very recently renovated. The rooms and the property are clean. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options for gluten free. The potatoes are yummy! There is oat milk and fresh fruit . The coffee is always out. Free parking. Convenient!

My stay in this hotel was good in every way! The desk clerk checking in, Alex, was super friendly and attentive to my feather pillow allergies. The room was spacious and up to date. It was spotless! The bed was comfy. The free breakfast had a lot of options, including green chilies! The check out was smooth, with Alejandro at the desk. I will definitely stay here again!
